    Joe is a great sensei. His way of showing his knowledge is one of the best around. I cant understand why he hasn't millions of subscribers.

    The three principles he mentioned were
    1. Circle away from the back hand
    2. lead hand fighting
    3. shot selection

      And the shots he liked from that stance were the back leg kick (especially to the body). The five specific kicks he liked were mentioned at ~9:00

    I really like the concept of the "open stance five" as a constructive way to work a sparring session. It'd be cool to see a deeper dive into that, where the goal is to work our way through combos and end on a specific strategic target
