Grew up in Borough Park Brooklyn..our “family” was truly about an Italian family…those times were great in the 80’s-90’s…we knew there we some “special famlies”…but we were all treated the same…neighborhoods were safe and we we never had to worry about going out to play a basketball game in the schoolyard or a softball game…even playing triangle or football sewer to sewer was always fun…you all protected us..glad to hear you are all doing well and see how life has changed. Anthony is a really likeable guy and it's been extremely entertaining listening to Sammy the bull reminisce about the life and the characters that where part of it and the more interaction between reformed gangsters is the real story of the streets and the best way to validate the tales from the past that are also important for the history books and hopefully future screenplays and motion pictures if and when these stories end up in the right hands! We're definitely overdue for another goodfellas type blockbuster!

No matter how you feel about Sammy, you have to admit that he doesn't do anything half ass. His videos are polished and professional. I've been watching him for years now, and once he got his channel established he stepped it up in a major way. The intros, his set, the lighting, camera work, his thumbnails, the whole nine.
When he talks about how he was establishing his businesses when he was active in the Gambinos, I have to believe him. You don't magically become a savvy business man in your 70s.
When this appeared in my feed on both Anthony's and Sammy's channel, I chose to watch it on Anthony's channel because I love how he tells stories, and I've been watching him since be started his channel. I was one of his first 1000 subscribers.
No disrespect, just being honest, but every one else in this genre is playing catch up. Sammy has set the bar high, and it's a testament to Toddo and Sammy's father.
The absolute best content in the LCN genre on UA-cam.
His podcast was brilliant but fell off with the last season and his content quality dropped off with it…. These sit downs a great though.

I love this old Mafia stuff. I used to read a lot of True Crime and follow a lot of these stories while I was growing up. I'm in no way trying to pick an argument with you but I want to ask a question. Sammy was known to be a Hitman, an assassin that would sneak up behind people and shoot them in the head and then take over their rackets whatever they may have been. He wasn't really an earner in the sense of creating businesses or ways to earn. Anthony was more in the lines of a businessman in the sense of creating and having to earn. Do you still think that Sammy is somebody to be respected? And again, in no way am I trying to argue with you. I'm just wondering how much you know of their history
