I thought that listening to it. He was trying to do the reverse psychology and days off training. You have to be a certain type of personality to pull that off with the mental stuff and obviously training methods and fitness had moved on loads since then. It was never going to work.

No wonder the likes of Reo-Coker blew up at him. The more I hear about O'Neill, the more of a disappointment he becomes.
