I love this chain. Very chaotic to deal with; very rewarding when executed. Changed the way I approached takedowns, which originally was pounce like a cat but only to end up in the sprawl😂
clean! I like the unorthodox approach to these judo throws (in that you utilize the whizzer/overhook on one side and are not concerned with that other hand). I am going to utilize and thanks!
