If you need exterior sound isolation then the Gold Series is where you need to be as it is hard sided and has a good, solid door. They both sound great but the Gold protects better if you don't have a sound treated room already like this vid.

This is awesome, I live in a small apartment in a loud city. I have a new place that unfortunately has thinner walls, do you think my neighbors would hear me less (of course not entirely muted*) in something like this?
It’s not sound proof but it does dampen echo and reduce reflections. If you’re looking for something that completely isolates sound, this really isn’t it. But as far as providing good acoustics, it’s awesome.
It’s in 2 parts: the base and the boom. You can get the base here - amzn.to/3UAeJ7D and the boom here - amzn.to/3STY8dG The boom says it’s currently unavailable but this will give you the part number. I bought them separately like this and saved a few dollars. I hope that helps.
