Very lovely room. I’ve never been on a cruise. Is it hard sleeping on a cruise ship ? I’d find the rumbling n vibrations might keep me awake. But perhaps it would be like a white noise . Which I do need fan sounds to sleep
It’s actually really peaceful especially if you get a room with a balcony that you can open for fresh air. Also the ship very slowly and subtly rocks, which actually can help you sleep (like a baby haha). I was worried if motion sickness but these ships are massive so I didn’t get sick from the motions. Of course this has just been my experience!
Only time i felt any movement on a ship was when there was a bad storm during hurricane season. No rumbling. Didnt need to take any medicine for seasickness but its nice to have it handy. If you are sensitive to ocean movement, i suggest booking on a larger cruise ship in a mid ship cabin. The forward and aft staterooms have a bit more movement.
I need noise to fall asleep too so balcony staterooms are a game changer. My next cruise I will be in an interior room and am planning on downloaded some white noise for my phone.

Random question for anyone, do they have medical assistance on cruises? Like if someone gets injured or something, is there a doctor on board?
Yes the is a doctors surgery on board. If I remember rightly its open from 8 untill about 1 🩺🥼
I'm the type of person who drinks the 3.95 bottles of water in the room.
