He is too sweet mashAllah! We just started solids this week too, our little guy is 6 months. It’s amazing watching them learn to eat!
The reason that you start babies on one food item is to determine if an allergy is occurring. Rice cereal and oats are gentle on the GI system. When you get to veggies and fruit, you introduce 1 food for 3-5 days. If well tolerated, then you introduce something else for 3-5 days and so on. You will see that as Adam is feeding solid foods that there will less of a desire for liquids because he's full. Freeze any excess breast milk. You guys look so happy. What a gift you received. Congratulations!

Mashallah he really is interested in food. Subhanallah how every baby is diff. My son was not interested in food at all and only ate if my husband fed him. Till this day he eats more if my husband feeds him 😂

Cereal in general isnt heart healthy and Baby Cereal lacks all the top essential nutrients a baby really needs to grow well when starting solids , such as healthy fat, calcium, vitamin D, choline & naturally occurring iron. Healthier options according to someone who has had 6 babies include, pureed veggies and fruits, mashed sweet potatoes or peas. A baby can basically start with any healthy foods to get the most health benefits, as long its mashed/squashed/chopped for them becuz poor babies cant really chew well w/o teeth. Even if you choose cereal, try finding ones packed with essential nutrients, especially iron, and try not to over do it as its not heart healthy

@@FNFNFN99KKK because there is a lot of envious people out there who don't even say :"macha Allah tabaraka Allah" when they see this baby so yes there is definitly evil eye everywhere especially on social media when we can't control who can see our family..
I am sure they pray over the baby- Allah is more powerful than evil eye , otherwise every Muslim would be cursed
