I capped a big office floor in 1983 the same way and with an 80/20 mix I had 4 Quality Control guys watching me. Ours was wide open so we could move a little faster. We poured 8000square feet a day 10 days in a row. Pain in the butt but it worked out pretty good. Take care and keep up the great work!
This is amazing work Great job all around from start to finish. You too ladie bug another grand slam on the editing and everything keep it up and will See you at the top In no time . Remember all great and good things come to those who wait and are willing to put the time and effort into something they love and enjoy. Keep up the great work. Keep calm and pump on cheers
Perfect timing!! Just landed a job at a Maserati dealership, we are pouring a raised floor for the turntable they use for the best car in the dealership
I've been doing waterproofing, deck coatings, concrete and under tile systems in Southern California for 17 years. This is the quickest way but the problem is that the wire lath is on the ground and there's no acrylic in the mix. For movement, expansion and contraction you need an additive into the cement. When this system cracks, which it will, the cracks will radiate through the tile and crack the tile. My guys and I could mix this in half 55gal. Drums, in 2 days. Way stronger and best method for undertile system. Over existing concrete this works but plywood flooring moves alot, plus you just added unnecessary amount of extra weight
That’s awesome bud it takes som e skills to pull that kind of job off. I’m in 100% agreement with the way you set it up right down to the mix design and screed pads great minds think alike haha you guy rock. I recently did 1.5” of exposed aggregate with a textured skin border over a suspected slab patio that was 2’ thick roughly 4 yds had 2 guys running wheelbarrowing and two if us screeding in the same fashion that you guys did it, I’m still exhausted just thinking about it, it went off so fast it was crazy hard for such a small pour
Another unbelievable job. Most won’t know where to start, I know I’d be lost. I do say if someone else does it I know could as well. Keep up the great work and posts. 🤩🤩🤩👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤩🤩🤩
Awesome job as always! What kind of process is it for structural considerations for the floor adding concrete like that? I know it’s not like 8” of concrete it’s 1” but just wanted to know out of curiosity Thanks mate
I give you & your finish boiys mad props for this one! 🤙🏽💯 I'm just now working on my contractor license been in the business as a concrete & wood Carpenter bridges walls slabs & footings commercial & residential houses condos for 20 plus some time just before that doing bs. I been working union 16 yrs doing my own side jobs here and there. At times it's all about putting work out making pay days for the Boiys & the Fam making the client happy is the business. Jobs like this you give the client what they want which is "west coast finest" 😝 got done in 1-2 days paid an army of A1 guys 1-2 years later the owner gonna want all new flooring anyway be like that when they money right. With the staples and mesh no screws the demo will go smooth. As a Carpenter my first instinct would been screw on cement rock sheets w/ water proof barrier underneath. Keep putting it down Anthony, you did it no screws 🤙🏽💯👍🏼 Fiber mesh 80/20 huh Anthony? Bet them tile guys were loving you when they came up on dropping them tiles like gravey!!
the best video you have ever created! the mansion looks so sweet!!!!! so lucky bro 😁. but dang, that mansion must be pretty expensive. good job bro!!!!!🤩👍👍 always best in the west!!👊
That whole thing will need topping that was the roughest screeding I have ever seen. That might be considered quality over there, here in Australia we would be kicked off site immediately
This is such a logistical nightmare. And such a liability too on a beautiful house. Definitely high profile and only the best in the west could pull it off 👍🏽

None of those cats even know a 20 million dollar home exists, let alone would get the chance to work at one of them. You are top shelf Anthony. Best in the west, nah, best in the business!!!
I find it odd that the rest of these people who have concrete channels never go in neighborhoods with 20 million dollar houses. Yet they have all those subscribers. It says something about having legit subscribers
I don't think people realize the message you are trying to give is how to make yourself worth more. You actually post quality content, and jobs that require a much higher skill level. You don't post full video's every week of you going to Home Depot, or doing a basic driveway / patio. This shows you understand business, and focus on your margins. You focus on quality vs quantity like the rest of these hacks on here try to show.
