Main reason is the combination of a good background music with the climax of the arc, I would also add the voice acting, these actors really give their all on it, they transmit very well the emotion you should be feeling at the moment.
The more I watch this scene, the more emotional its made me. Like it built up. Same with mirio vs overhaul. All might and Mirio are the type of people everyone should strive to be. As empathetic as possible towards others, and always trying to help other people even in the worst of times. I love this show lol
