I always wanted to go to Asia mainly China and Japan and Korea . I unfortunately cannot travel due to being disabled and such. I have very little bit of Chinese blood among many but I love love love Asian food. My question is what kind of meats are generally used on Asian foods that's sea food? I don't eat any meat except fish and other sea food. Have any of you had eel if so does it taste good and where can I get it ? Also as far as culture goes I'm obsessed with the dragon and I was born with the zodiac of pisces and the Chinese zodiac of a dragon why is the dragon seen as the strongest zodiac? Is it because it breathe fire? Please share different Asian culture traditions with me ?
