Hi Melanise. They have been responsive although sometimes it can take some time. I needed to have my ring top repaired and adjusted and they have always answers my emails within a few days.

The actual ring is 180 grams but that is solid 14k gold. This is gold plated sterling silver. Still quite weighty but not quite as heavy. I’d guess 120-150 gram for this replica?

Quality isn’t the same though. Each of these cubic zirconia is prong set individually not glued. Also the top is completely removable and finally it’s gold plated silver. You get what you pay for. There’s nothing wrong with a cheap 40 dollar replica by the way but I just wanted something a lot more accurate and higher quality. 👍

It’s the latest rage though. Jason of Beverly Hills made it their calling card. They started it with Golden State Warriors ring and just did it again with the Bucs Super Bowl ring. I think it allows them to tell more story by increasing the size of the canvas they’re working with. Remember they also inscribed the entire team’s roster on the under surface the of the top. The downside to this removable top is that you tend to scratch the under surface of the top because do the twist. Even the real ones have that problem. Of course since those are 14k gold the scratches are much less visible than plated silver! 😅
I own the ring and trust me I have no complaints. It’s made by a factory that can actually replicate the real thing with real diamonds and solid 14k gold if you have the money to pay for it. The workmanship and labor to do one of these is off the charts. It takes weeks to get one custom made from this factory.
