What is the issue with shamans? besides button bloat and aoe cap for enha and the boring as hell season 3 elemental tierset overwriting their entire spell rotation with meatballs and storm being unviable?
@@diegostrossen6751 From a PvP perspective we are getting left in the dust by the utility, mobility and defensives other classes are upgrading to. From a PVE perspective they didn't address defensives at all and I'm not sure but how many specs don't get any capstone talents of their class tree. Enhance doesn't choose any of them.
I love the Deathbringer hero talents for PVE, specially for frost and blood spec. Its possible to make a build that makes Blood Plague do massive amounts of danage as blood DK
even though im super conflicted who to main as im likely dropping my evoker for warlock and now after playing and seeing the changes with DK maybe it, these new hero talents for them actually make me feel excited for as class which WoW hasn't done for me in ages

well.... pvp feel very damn slow on the beta so I wouldn't go so far about the class feeling good just yet. We will have to see how they will fix the pvp damage numbers first.

yes , for frost dk , DnD makes your obliterate hit two additional targets . but they have a LOT of other aoe in the new tree to help out during downtime
I am taking a big hit of Copium but I hope this is Frosts xpac especially in PvP, because my other main Enhance Shaman ain't looking too hot. Id hate to have to reroll something totally new.
does it matter if u go Dual wield anymore i like talent changes so far hero talents meh but the overall redesign looks like we have some counter play coming :D
If we go duel wield we’ll probably do fallen crusader + stoneskin gargoyle (can be used on 1-handers now). We’ll get plenty of razorice stacks through talents so no need to runeforge it
I don’t think Frost ever had burst damage issues. It’s not viable because of huge death strike pvp modifier and recent pan-armor silly change. Now frost dk is officially the most easy target to take down. TheWW may change its state but I don’t have high hopes.
I prefer the deathbringuer talents, i don't like mounted combat and summons, also it feels so dumb for a two handed or DW melee character to attack while mounted. I'd like frost to have access to the San'layn hero talents.
...riding a horse dosent make our class better. frost needs a total rework. get rid of having to choose between 2h and dw and make that part of the class cosmetic. they cant even balance 2h vs breath and you want to add another build in...
Yeah, because why wouldn't dk have insane mobility, right? it's not like they have the best burst in-game, best dps, and have 3 grips or anything that was supposed to off-set low mobility, surely.... 🤡
never played a dk have you? .. yes it might have some stuff that makes it "easier" to get ppl to you, but thats not allways the case and we are slow AF when we have the need to be fast fra A-B vs any other class :) So this Hero spec is a very welcomed spec.

Dks have been a wheelchair meme for years, with Frost dk hitting like a kid with a wurstel outside of 12 seconds burst windows ( very easy to avoid btw, and not just by escaping ). Now, a buff to mobility? I only see ppl cry. I agree the core design of the classes is a mess and should be revamped but we got 1-shotting mages with multiple crazy cc and a fair good amount of healing capabilities / unkillable locks / crazy ceeling with rogues being almost gods, yet the problem is the mobilty on dk.

I feel the same but everytime frost gets that hype Blizz shuts them down just like Shamans. Usually days before or after release.

The feedback of the spells are underwhelming, obliterates look and feel average and frost strike feels and looks like a wet noodle whip.

Better than deathbringer, IMO. Deathbringer requires high uptime, Riders don't.

Looks like 1hand will be slightly ahead of 2 hand for both bos and oblit build.
But if u are going oblit choose what you have more fun
dw will allways be ahead of 2h just from balance. nobody wanted another dw build.
Pvp will always be about who has the most utility and burst damage. So if it's just a sustain damage melee class ppl it won't do well
Not only that, unholy just simply offers more. You have an extra kick, an extra stun, 2 extra healing absorbs, more comp options etc
