I have cared for my mum who has Dementia single handed for the last 6 years, and she has been taken away from me now and placed in a nursing home, they said I could no longer provide the 24 hour care she now needs, even though my health suffered I feel I have failed her, and miss her so much at home, I am broken hearted. I feel lost, and I can't seem to function now, but I could not care for anyone else in this way.
