I think they're delayed since they added the double input stuff last year... like, if u flick RS left and right, it's gonna trigger a combo with a different animation than if u just flick left. Feels like the game waits for a second to see if u are going to press the second input before actually doing something. It's terrible IMO to be honest.

Played yesterday, had like 9/20 threes, my opponent had similar stats on threes, only difference is he hit 4 white ones, I missed all my whites.. Not sure if 2k does it on purpose to give people headache / heart issues, but nothing makes me more mad than when my opponent hits and open white, and whenever I get an open white I miss it. Otherwise great video like always. Also I lost the game by 2 points
