This kinda stuff is the reason I love the found titans Design. It uses its legs and ribs to walk and has supports connected to its elbows to hold up its arms and Back. It’s accurate.

I'm imaging a hilarious parody of godzilla coming out of the water, but instead of a giant scary lizard monster it's literally just a godzilla sized (but otherwise normal looking) penguin. The penguin would come up out of the water all dramatically but then it just start waddling towards the city in the same way that a normal sized penguin moves.
