I've been wanting to make sourdough Neapolitan pizza. I bake sourdough bread all the time. Curious as to how they don't over proof the pizza while being outdoors... I guess denver is generally a colder place. I'm in Texas so yeah lol. Also, been trying to save up to get one of the gozney domes. As I've had many thoughts on selling my pizza as well. Love it! Appreciate the Gozney stories. Been following pedaling pizza for some time as well. Good stuff! Keep them coming
