- I will show you How to Make a Simple Gold Farm & XP Farm in Minecraft which produces loads of XP along with tons of Gold. This Piglin/Pigmen Gold Farm is enough to fulfill all your Gold and XP needs and you will still have an infinite amount of Gold & XP whenever you need it in Minecraft.
This farm works in Minecraft Java.

With those dimensions it looks like the magma blocks start at 22 blocks from player… shouldn’t it start on the 25th block technically? (As mobs don’t spawn earlier than 24 blocks from player?
Tip: Complete the top row of magma first to prevent ghast spawns. Also, for the slab placement go out 24 on the inner circle and out 29 on the outter circle. One side does need 26 and 31 respectively due to the uneven nature of the build, but around 24 & 29 out you'll be able to line it up by sight

Replaced the slabs above the hoppers with soul sand and wither roses, and it’s an amazing automatic gold and exp farm for my skyblock world. Thanks for the awesome tutorial!

And even if they do they first sort out the rotten flesh
And by that time the gold despawns

Also take into consideration that the method with using minecarts might not work in the future. Since the pigman drop xp as long as in agro state, is considered a bug. So I highly recommend build this even if you have to manually kill them.
With this farm it seems like I can just stand there without hitting them, there are so many pigmen in one place that it doesn't need minecarts. I play in java 1.20.1

Just a tip, start with placing the magma blocks on the second layer, that will prevent ghasts from spawning like you saw in the video

I made this farm, just the way you taught, even though I didn't follow the subtitles, because I'm Brazilian.
I made changes to it, firstly, where the pig slaughterhouse is, I put a column in the middle, added another slab at the ends and put 24 carts, it became an automatic xp farm lol
Working on vanilla and spigor servers and others.

In my case it's automatic even without minecarts. There are so many piglins in one place that minecarts are not even needed.

Thought I'd be slick and try to prevent more magma slimes from spawning by placing four evenly placed slab circles... turns out a mob I didn't know about from Alex's mobs called drop bears just got more spawning points 😅

Hi, how many resources per hour do you get from this farm?
With this farm you can go from level 0-126 in half an hour. With a maxed out sword you can get around 500 gold blocks per hour!

Can I put walls around the satellite piglin? My satellite piglin was gone when I came back and I think it fell when i left the farm.

Do you think that by starting with the top layer it will not allow gast to spawn while your building?
for this farm do we need scaffolding, No right?
Didn't they fix the xp gain from cramming damage and require loot to only drop on player kill.just curious because I fell asleep and still got loot and xp from cramming damage. Or have they not yet nerfed that yet just remember hearing some where it was getting patched.
Tip: kill them with entity cramming to fully automate xp and gold.
(just put 24 minecarts in the place where piglins are going to fall. Yes, in the same block)

I was wondering whether this farm works on servers that dont use vanilla, such as paper. Certain gold farms dont work on those servers, I was wondering if this one does
You really need a good storage system for this farm, at least dual hopper lines, or you can't possibly cope with the huge amount of items
Mumbo Jumbo has a video making this gold farm and his item pickup and storage works perfectly. I recommend checking it out.
i wont lie i did hit the pig man and all of them attack me like zombie im lucky i have 120 dogs on me lol
tip in magma placing if u feel tired just think that it will be worth it and try using auto clicker in magma block placing it helps me alot
and in 1.19 u can put powder snow to just afk

It works greatly in my minecraft java edition 1.16 and 1.17, but not 1.18 and bedrock edition

However guys when you fill up the magma blocks at 12:45 make sure do the bottom layer AND the top layer at the same time or ghasts will constantly spawn

I have a problem. I kill all the pigmen and when more of them spawn they don't seem to get instantly angered. They get angry when I aproach them. Should I move the name tagged pigmen closer to the center?
