Atlanta is a very beautiful and amazing place. If you can live there, do it. You won't regret it. It's safe. VIPs walk around without bodyguards and tend to be friendly. If you can live in a condo near Lenox Mall you are lucky.

As someone who recently sold a condo in a similar building to this one in midtown the luxury condo market is pretty flat lately. Buildings like 1010 midtown and 1075 Peachtree are in a similar boat already it seems

Great memories of living in "Vaseline Valley" and working in several O.R. hospitals. This building is located in the heart of the city, I use to own a condo nearby. Happy Holidays..... Abrazos
Very nice, would be nice if listed price, bedrooms, baths, etc. I would consider it if the price was decent! I would have to update the bathrooms.

Way too many edited transitions, I couldn’t get a feel of me living here, for example where I would place my things because the transitions were way too fast. Felt like viewing a penthouse hotel... probably not a good place to live due to a five minute video
