These lux. builder put so much time into the exterior but skimp on the interior/landscaping. The interior design was a bit lacking and entrance landscaping as well. Still a nice home though.

Pool size isn’t the issue! Where is the damn pool fence? With as many drownings we see every year why is it so damn difficult for builders to put in a damn fence! A pool is a attractive nuisance and if your neighbors toddler or even your own gets to wondering a pool fence saves lives!

This home is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING except for the master bedroom being on the ground floor. I would renovate and move it UPSTAIRS and away from all the action of the kitchen and living rooms!
Given that the master is on the main and there's an elevator, I suspect that it was built for someone who is mobility impaired. A residential elevator is a rare find even in a grand home.
As someone who uses arm crutches and a wheelchair occasionally, that was one of the best features of the home.

I was turned off by the brass fixtures in the kitchen. My favorite part of the house was the huge basement. It was amazing.

@@ThePinnacleList Stainless steel has a brighter, cleaner, and more polished look to it. Also the yard needs some help. The pool looks too small compared to the size of the house. The way it sits on the side of the yard just doesn't fit in. U need a bigger pool with a spa attached. You also need more details in the backyard like a beautiful sitting area where u can lounge. Add a barbecue area and a fire pit. It's just too plain. For that amount of money, it's all about details and that WOW Factor.

The shutters on the front of the house are on backwards. Even though they are non-working shutters, the idea is to make them appear as if they are. If those could, close the rounded tops would be in a butterfly position, thus, not looking rounded. For the amount of money that this costs, every detail should be correct, don't you think?
I thought I was the only one to notice this. It's driving me insane that on a house of this price, the architect wouldn't think to make them appear functional

So I had this funny dream right. I was hanging in Buckhead with Eddie Griffin, TI, Eddie Murphy, Cedric the entertainer, and a few other big names. I felt so comfortable being around them as if I belonged, felt like I was around family. I remember having this convo with Griffin and I ask him what neighborhood was we in. He mentioned to me that it was Buckhead, (mind you I stay in Chicago, never even heard of Buckhead until I had that dream. I heard of Bankhead, but wasn’t introduce to the city Buckhead until I had this dream). I remember asking him this question as if I was looking to know more about the area as if possible I was looking to find a home, But then I end up waking up and couldn’t finish it, which sucks because know i have not forgotten about this dream for some reason and it just always stick to me. Who knows what it could mean, but hopefully it can come true one day. That house is beautiful by the way.
Bankhead and Buckhead are neighborhoods on different sides of town. Buckhead is the overpriced echelon on the Northside of ATL where the Governor's mansion is. Bankhead is the hood on the Westside.
@@Chielo019 Bankhead, like so many old hoods of Atlanta are rapidly changing due to gentrification. They are selling townhouses starting at $400K out there.
