That really means nothing.
All platforms have different copyright/licensing/publishing rules/mechanisms and also different algorithms and rules for when possibly copyrighted material is automatically or manually taken down.
In conclusion, all of them are weird, complicated and illogical and different.
And quite often, the automatic algorithms doesn't really work as intended. There are also wrongly manually reported copyright claims...
We also see a lot of videos spread between the platforms, for example tiktoks or instagram vids republished on youtube etc., where the original platform's rules might have affected the republishing unnecessarily or not.
Twitter is hardly the golden standard on this...
