Surprise, Ginger Jesse broke another Pro R diff!
He shows you what happened and how he fixed it. While everything is apart, he installs a set of Super ATV tie rods. He also fixes some sloppy bushings in one of his a-arms.

I would get the clevis style inners for tie rods so you can run hiems on the inside too and then double shear your tie rod hub mount. Ive broke the inners and also bent those hiem bolts until i double sheared it. Havent broken since. Also some of those steering boxes have a circular piece that tightens up the teeth on the rack. You can use some angle snap ring pliers to tighten if yours has that. My pro xp did.
3:14 there was a bolt, or bolt head laying in that diff where did that come out of
That was actually a little puck that keeps pressure on the ring gear where the pinion gear is!
I’m glad Jesse answered I was wondering the same thing while editing.
Does Coffman Machine build a Hill Killer diff for the pro r?
Tried that already, he broke 2 of them 🤣
What was it doing to indicate an issue? The reason I ask is that my 24 pro r recently stays locked after using the diff lock for a good ways down the trail. Always engages and locks, but the 4wd will disengage, but the diff lock remains locked for a bit. Curious if this was your issue, or if it wasn't engaging the lock for you. Thanks👍
Mine wasn’t engaging in the 4wd lock!
And making some pretty horrendous noises at the end! 🤣
Chevys are 1” bigger 🙄😂
That’s all you’re use to playing with 😅
