@@RudiRennkamel I personally think an exhibit pack with small mammals (rodents), small fish (seahorses, jellyfsh), and small birds (finch etc) would sell VERY WELL
I have the same thoughts. Also, I'm missing more birds. I'd love to see a DLC focused on aviaries, tropical birds and birds of prey, such as Andean condor! But considering that they're rather wrapping up before starting the work on Planet Zoo 2, I think there's no way we'd get that for current game. Maybe, within few years for PZ2...
The problem is that there's a TON of animals missing to the point where it's pretty much impossible to get all of them. For every highly requested animal that gets added there's like 7 more still missing

I'm absolutely losing my mind on the stop motion intro. Amazing! I've never seen someone do that and I would have NEVER thought of it. Its such an awesome touch of immersion. ( I might do it and add the Gif to one of my zoos one day ) Definitely going to be watching more videos this one was awesome.

Love the glass dome look sm!! I grew up playing Zoo Tycoon 1 & 2, and nothing like this was possible for me to build without tons of intense modding. Hoping I can get a PC someday so I can finally play the spiritual successor of those two games. Until then, I'll play vicariously through your lovely builds and tutorials lol ❤ Ty for sharing your hard work!!

You may think crocodiles don’t need much land space. When in reality they do. They are cold blooded and need land space to bask in the sun so they can regulate their body temperature

I've always wanted "effect" animals in PZ... Butterflies, bees, squirrels, doves, ducks... All of these would add so much as just effect animals 😅

I feel like this house could really use a sloth or some tiny monkeys, all around peoples heads. But even without this, it is a really cool reptile house/dome! 👏👏
I thought about that too, but Zoos had this idea in the past too and it didn´t end well for the monkeys xD
it always amazes me what ppl can do with this game, your enclosures are always so pretty! mine always just look like.. not good 😂😭

This is a FANTASTIC build and I'm totally stealing the layout for a "small critter" building I'm planning for my rustic, western inspired zoo.
Side note, "gila" is pronounced HEE-la. It's Spanish in origin. :)
*Edit* - It also never occurred to me that you don't need to continue the path through a walkthrough exhibit. You can just have one entrance and exit. MIND. BLOWN.

It's an incredible build, I love making reptile houses in PZ and this one is off the charts. Three layers of walk way, 3 habitats, a walk through exhibit and several other exhibit animals. I could not even begin to get that to function, amazing job and you're right, planning is key.
the build is amazing! i know you're going for 95% realism but the curb in front of the elevator would be impossible for a person in a wheelchair to get over lol

yes you can, just save it and then open it as sandbox from the menu

How is this hyper realistic ??.... Only one in every 100 zoo's may take this approach about making such an expensive enclosure .... 😅
its not about how expensive, its about what in reality would be in there like pipework, backstage, elevator etc.
But tbh, its not even THAT far fetched, i would say 1/10 zoos. Look at most of the big city zoos, Berlin, Munich, Vienna etc
There is actually something pretty similar to this at my local zoo, I'd say it's pretty realistic, and gorgeous!
