The Fan Edition lineup went from awesome to crap nearly overnight, and it's all on them. Both of these aren't worth it in my opinion, but at least the S23 FE is cheaper (if you don't get it directly from Samsung). For the price of the S24 FE, a used S24 or S23 Ultra is honestly gonna go a long way
Imo its the best iteration since s20 fe. Best performance in the history of the FE lines, they give it the current flagship chips instead of previous year's, 7 years software support, and pretty much solid everything else across the board
I want an ultimate comparison video between S20 FE vs S21 FE vs S23 FE vs S24 FE to see how the FE series has come along in 4 generations. I myself own S21 FE Snapdragon 888 😊
I completely agree with you. Still don't see the point of releasing the S24 FE. It seems it hasn't been successful here in the UK, price has just dropped from £649 to £549 and I'm expecting it to keep dropping.
As an S21 FE owner, I hate the direction they're taking this line in. Glossy glass on the back instead of durable plastic and thicker bezels are my main complaints.
The only notable change in the S24 FE hardware is that the main camera is carried over from the S24/+ compared to the S23 FE which was based from the S22/+.

to be fair , S lineup is flagship , so yeah you should expect something high enough . it's not bad but also consider other alternatives , depending on what your need in smartphone is , samsung could be the best or else new BBK/Xiaomi phones with S 8 gen 3 , or 9400 Dimensity ( which is a lot of bang for buck if got for similar 700~$ max price or lower if you care about performance , not just game but camera is also powered by it so choose the phone manufacture wisely , and if it's gaming , then a cooler should do job enough if got from cheap build )

More like S24+ lite 😂. Because it does come with S-series One UI which means it has Samsung Dex, Wireless charging, Reverse Wireless charging, Galaxy AI and all other S-series stuff 👀✌🏻.
S24 FE isn't that bad (unlike S23 FE which is rebranded S22), but tbh they should stop selling FE phones if there are too many A series phones already.
Thats true. Or make it a real Fe by adding the micro sd card and making it abit smaller. Phones are getting too large. I think the best fe was the S21 fe
I basically was fortunate enough to get a s20 FE for at a huge discount switching. That was a genuine fan edition phone. I ended up buying an s24 FE on a discount on Amazon. I had one year left of security upgrades on the s20 FE, but I figured the s24 FE was a good enough value to buy. It's a great phone. But I think the fan edition should go the route of rarity. There should be only released every 2 years and it's insane value like the s20 FE was. Throw the lastest snapdragon chip in there the 5000+ amp battery with the 45 watt fast charging. That's what kinda of samsung phone I want. I don't care about glass back, small bezels, color. I a pure machanics and a software samsung fan. Throw in the ai as well I guess.
I currently have to s23 fe. My biggest issue with it is the overheating and storage. I'm hoping to possibly upgrade to the s24 sometime next year if I can find it reasonable
Bro please tell me how's your experience? Do you notice a noticeable upgrade in performance? Because I too have a73 and I'm considering the s24fe. Also how's the cameras and heat management?
Personally I like the smaller one phone here , I myself have some phones of various size , one of them is 6.7" and A10 is 6"2 , and E5 5.0" so yeah , 6.2 around is perfect sweet spot for big enough to be a need , small enough easily handle. 6.7 isn't for me . I own a ipad 5 which is 9.5" and I don't think I'll buy 7" around phones , even 14c budget phone is 6.88". It's good for those who wanna buy, Even I'd root for 7" gaming phones like redmagic/asus but at that point I'll need to ditch my tab and buy a 12" tab otherwise it won't feel different much switching between phone and tablet. I don't mind large phones , I mind that as phones grow in size , you really don't get small phones , a phone for everyone isn't a phone for everyone . So I hope manufacttures make small phones . even if 6.3" or .2 is a *mini* phone , looking at you Vivo !
