The best I've ever gotten is a 1:57 with claire on Claire B. Took me a long time to get under 2 hours. One thing that I learned that saves you a ton of time is knowing what items to take and when you use the box you know what to put away and what to get. It will save you a ton of time. I know it did for me.

I finished Leon on Assist Mode struggling with inventory management, direction on how to progress, and puzzles. I completed that mode and am currently running Claire 2nd Scenario on Normal Mode. The combat is actually proving to be the problem currently. Hopefully I can understand some of the technics you are using here in this video.

Since I made this post I finished 8 runs total. My best being a Leon 2nd at 2 hours, 56 minutes, 32 seconds. Nowhere near the best "skill" I have had in the 14 Resident Evil titles I have played. The posted videos for Mercenaries Resident Evil 4 in particular. Those are weaker than I and many others at the time were at the game.
his runs are so weird, does he use mods? because on insane, there sould be only 1 pouch for example, the one in the counter at the beginning should not be there

Guess he uses the fps strategy, they say knife inflicts damage acording to fps, so he must be playing at 120 fps, so it takes less knife stabs to kill him. And looks like standing in front of him blocks him to rise an attack
I know this is 3y old but Marco taught Gordon damn near everything he knows. He’s the one who hired Gordon and took him under his wing. Love Gordon but let’s not disrespect Marco.
You can knife G1 Birkin to death on console. I've done it myself plenty of times. You have to slash at him more and have atleast 2 flash grenades or regular grenades. OR unless you know how to circle around G1 and not get hit by his swinging steel pipe. As for G2 and G3 Birkin I only slash at them during certain moments (when they're "down") then proceed to use my fire arms on them. The reason he's able to slash the Birkins so quickly is cuz he's on PC and PC has higher frame rates. There's a UA-cam named Darkness that does it on a PS4 Pro and even explains how you have to do it a little differently than if you're on PC.

Great run, I've watched a few of your videos now, but I) don't get why the timer stops when you pause the game to change the graphics settings. if your changing them to help the run, the timer should continue right to reflect the true time?

It's a visual big in the game where the AI cannot recognize you through certain objects in the level. The devs explain it away on the IGN speedrun, they know it exists. 😭😭

So, on standard mode are you able to run past the lickers like that and not get tagged so easily?? Cuz on hardcore, that's a wrap if you do that! The end lol

Everytime you pause the game the IGT (in game time) stop, the only part where the times is continuing running is when you are at items menu
the game has an ingame timer so i assume he goes off of that
