First time I have ordered from the super sale, ordered the Empress with the plates. It was brand new in the box with only some damage to the actual empress box. All of the components were there and I was so relieved because I started regretting my decision before delivery. All of your other products were very beautiful. Seeing some of the comments does give me some reservation for the next time… I am so happy that the crafting community is helping you out!

It is very possible that the dies wasn’t placed in the box from the beginning. In the past I have bought two different dies sets and the packaging had never been opened but parts were missing and they were not from A Super Sale. (It was business as usual). Sometime it is from the manufacture and the seller is not familiar with the parts missing. You are bless to have crafting friends that is making it up for you. Have a bless day

Oh no… I’m so sorry! That’s so wrong! They should be checking boxes on returns..that should have been no more than $5.. knowing it wasn’t a full set. I’d contact them anyway.. maybe they’ll will do something.
That is such bad business. I ordered the Valwntine embossing folders and tried them the day I got them and one was defective. Sent it back very next day for an exchange and still haven't heard from them or nothing. That was back in January. I'm beginning to get leary of ordering anything again. Sorry you had bad experience also.
Anna griffin has horrible customer service. I once ordered something on her regular website that I never received they said they would send another which they sent to an old address. Finally received it like 2 months later and nobody ever apologized. Bad Experience

So sorry that happened to you. I only ordered the empress machines from the sale. One came with a cord that’s not compatible for US machines. Luckily the smaller one had the right cord. Although they say things will be missing, I’d still reach out since the die is a main component. This year was the first time I noticed that the items were returned. In prior years that I’ve purchased, they actually sold new items at deep discount.
Yes, the super sales of Anna Griffin are deceiving. I have bought in the past, and guess what, I too was short and missing things. I have never bought again. The gamble is too great.

It just doesn't seem fair or right that you paid all that money and the whole point of the kit was missing. You opened it on camera, so there is the proof you need to show them how much was missing.
I took a gamble and purchased an empress. I got the machine, power cord and most of the plates. Very well worn and cracked A plates and a cupped magnetic one. I knew the risk but it wasn’t worth it. AG was nice enough to send me instructions though, quite happy about that.

Contact the company ... The dies and at least some embellishments INCLUDED are IMPLIED in the advertisement. Do not just accept this empty box, it shouldn't have been included. They should have blended this with another box. Looks like this one slipped through the cracks.

I feel your disappointment. I have purchased on the super sale for several years. I was lucky to receive products with only a few missing pieces... certainly not dies. Hopefully, your contact with the customer service dept was successful despite sales are final /Buyer beware. Could you tell me where you purchased the crafter companion mylar balloon set?. I love it.

I've sometimes had to send a second email and whenever there's been an issue, they have made it right - no questions asked. They are a very reputable company who cares about their customers.
It doesn't seem legal to charge that price for incomplete items. I would definitely lodge a complaint and go higher up the chain of command!! For all you know, it may have been an employee who took the die and embellishments home.
@Martie Rollin, I highly doubt it was any AG employee. As far as legality, it is clearly stated that these are returned items, and could possibly not be first quality or incomplete, so there is no recourse there. These are items that have been returned and not everyone is completely honest and returns everything. With that being said, the AG company is a great organization, and AG herself extremely generous, and throwing around accusations against her employees is uncalled for and offensive. I'm sure a simple phone call or email to customer service letting them know that the main products in the box were missing will result in being sent the missing dies - that's just how the AG company works.

reply. if you order via HSN you are GUARANTEED exchanges or returns for MISSING items. also, they'll ship COMPLETED replacement before you have chance to return the defective [missing items] ones - that's how much trust HSN has in its customers! must be SAME item exchanged, however. no charge for return, they set up process where all customer need do is place return outdoors for regular postman to pick up! so, i don't understand why this uploader claims that merchant won't accept returns on 'missing parts/items.' HSN has in stock just about everything ANNA G. produces.
