The 1950s Super Panavisions are a fun meme, but I just can't hold back from incorporating storylines, even if it makes the videos longer and less condusive to going viral because of watch time. I am a die hard DS9 fan, and this is my homage to it. I know it's 5 1/2 minutes, but give this one a chance.
I watched it all - it’s very good! An adventure you take the viewer on. Recommended. ;)

This is outstanding. The current deluge of retro, Super Panavision style AI trailers is a cool idea, but many are monotonously similar. The Narrator Bot is linear,…corporeal,…yet adds an individual element of creative adventure to the journey. The Sisko would approve.

I noticed that both DS9 and The Expanse have the 'big bad' vanish while traversing a wormhole due to a Deus Ex Machina, but in DS9 it made exactly perfect sense, whereas in The Expanse it seemed like an un-earned cheap trick that came out of nowhere.
Having said that, I still suffer from Type 1 diabetes due to the DS9 finale...
The environmental controls must be out of whack; everyone's sweating! And a word to the person who did the captions: it's Sisko, not Cisco.

I thought this thing was a mangled screwed up mess put together by somebody doing too much LDS until I realized it was a very clever hommage to Emissary, and then I watched it again and again.

I just wonder if they who made this are getting bored with doing these fun trailers? But then they are using a things that was not really talked about much from TV show DS9. So, good on them for doing that to show that awesome piece they are doing here. Oh, and there is a YT short that is recommended here to the side of the video about DS9 being a Western? Well, they are correct that ST was a "wagon train to the stars" as one of the creators Gene Roddenberry put it. That what it was sold to be with the studio execs. But DS9 could have been a Western based off the Gunman. I have not seen that show or really much of Westerns besides some of the really popular ones that I constantly heard about, or used in other movies, blatantly. But that is an honest idea and the whole idea to market DS9 that no one talks about is a good idea. The flashes with the "gods" of the wormhole or "wormhole aliens, " is a great idea in the fashion that the did this. Awesome.

@@WickedAI No, it's not. Just rewatched - past the 2:30 mark - it's one show, versus another show, with another show mixed in with the computer joking about the wrong character from 4 min long it's almost all the white robot and a voice-over.
