I've got one of theses in silver i use a fob to fold and unfold but when I try to unfold it only goes up half way so im not happy because I cant use it im waiting on a reply from them but they haven't even bothered ringing me back I bought it last year from Eden its still under guarantee till October please could you help me and I wounlnt mind I paid alot of money for it
Have the FE version had it 4 months looks good but sadly reliability doesn't match it's looks. 6 different faults in that time & currently laid up unfit for purpose. Wish I'd done a bit more homework & found a more reliable scooter. Ps I didn't buy it from The Mobility Guy. Whether they are generally this unreliable or if I've got a Friday afternoon one. Certainly expected better & usage wise on average 3 local trips a wk should be well within its capabilities. I avoid use in wet weather.
Thanks for your comment and for clarifying you didn’t buy off me , as I don’t sell scooters anyway but thanks for mentioning. 6 different faults is not good at all, if you wouldn’t mind , what kind of faults were you getting? For it to be that bad in 4 months I hope the supplier is trying to fix this issue or if you paid by credit card maybe see if there’s anything they could do Will be keeping an eye here for any other experiences with this whether it’s a bad comment or a good one , people need to see what they are getting into before buying one My friend who owns the shop selling these hasn’t had any issues so far , nothing note worthy anyway. I’m hoping this was a Friday afternoon or holiday hangover production unit as that’s not good if lots of people are having a similar experience.
@@themobilityguy Hi a faulty ignition barrel, battery charge indicator on dash is erratic indications all over the place. At one point scooter just wouldn't unfold, sluggish running, scooter stalling on me & taking 3 or 4 minutes to get power back & since my post guess what? It needs a new motor at 4 months old! My scooter doesn't get heavy use. Generally used 3 times a week usually to local shops bout two thirds of a mile & as required to Dr's bout a third of a mile & dentist about a mile. This scooter should be well capable of standing up to that level of use. It's not taken out the wet & stored indoors. Wish I'd never seen it. Are they generally this bad or have I got a Friday afternoon one. It's under warranty so ignition barrel & motor are being replaced. But am seriously considering doing some research into finding a more reliable folding scooter with a view to px this piece of junk when getting towards end of it's warranty.

A long wheelbase option would be beneficial for taller people so you dont feel crunched up. A longer range with suspension.
