I don’t think any party constitution is higher than the 1992 constitution and I don’t think it has to take any political party to trigger article 97(1)(g).
In my opinion, not even a member of parliament but any well meaning Ghanaian.
The constitution is clear and straightforward article 97(1)(g) is not ambiguous for any special interpretation so I don’t think any interpretation will go otherwise whether purposively, mischievously or literally.
I think this is direct and clear unless there is some form of hidden agenda.
But we wait to see what will be the outcome if it’s triggered
