Back in 2005 while my son was doing chemo in the hospital the make a wish foundation and Adam Sandler called and talked to my son for 15 minutes he made my sons wish come true….. he passed away 1 month later. Adam Sandler and the foundation are amazing
When Rob Schneider came to Bosnia after 9/11 with the USO I was very impressed with him. When he arrived, all the other celebrities went right to their rooms and called it a day, understandably as it was 14 hours travel time. Rob however wanted to visit all the posts and offices that were manned 24 hours a day. Didn't matter if it was a 1 man guard post along the perimeter or an office of 12 guys, he spent some time and spoke with everyone and was very generous with his time. During the USO show he mostly made fun of himself. I liked him before that, I love that guy now. He's a class act.
I have heard for many years all through Hollywood that Adam Sandler always looked out for his friends. He even gave interviews and stated that there was nothing more fun than making movies with his friends. I love Rob Schneider.
LOVE IT!!! Don Lemon offered his blunt thoughts on fellow former cable news host Smegyn Smelly while praising MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and Fox News’ Sean Hannity as genuine stars. She is nothing but a troll! So so true.
The thing I find odd and the reason I don't trust her, she hated Trump, left Fox for MSNBC, but now is suddenly this patriotic conservative we can all trust? No explanation, nothing. I'm not trying to argue online, I just want a SOUND explanation.
@@veronicamora6530 Yeah I don't watch her after all of that happened. What was her explanation? I'm sure it's pretty short since it's pretty easy to explain how you could go from one extreme, to the other and back to the original all in a couple of years time.
Rob seems to be a great down to earth man, and Mrs Kelly is the whole package: smart, articulated, educated, fast reacting, and even great looking. And both, at the right side of History. Kudos.
I’ve always liked all of the “Sandler crew.” Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, David Spade, Chris Farley, Nick Swardson, Norm MacDonald, Chris Rock, Kevin James. Those guys are super funny, and just seem like genuine down to earth dudes from what I’ve seen of them.
I got to hang out with Norm, before his SNL days, for a week when he headlined the Chicago club where I worked. No one at the club paid any attention to him, but I knew his set by heart, lol. He was a gentleman and a lot of fun to spend time with.
I heard from Adam Sandler's former neighbor that he's "the sweetest guy in the world". She said he would stop and have in-depth conversations with the man trimming trees on the street, and helped an elderly guy down the street bring his garbage cans out to the street, etc.
Awesome! Thank you! Farley's brother lives in our hood. Loved seeing CF at Woodstock 94'. When he hit the stage the crowd fell out before he even opened his mouth - it was epic!
Love the interview! I met Rob Schneider after his standup show in St. Louis back in 2010, as he was kind enough to meet with all his fans. He was super down-to-earth and took the time to meet each person, take pictures, and sign his autograph for anyone who wanted to do so. He was very genuine in his demeanor, and it was much appreciated that he actually cared about his fan base!
When I belonged to St. Monica's Church in Santa Monica, I used to see Chris at Mass when he was in town. He was a lovely and charming gentleman and the first person to volunteer to help others in need. It broke my heart when he died.
@@JakeFresno You put that beautifully. Chris would deliver food to seniors who needed help and he'd always stop and buy extra treats for people. If they were lonely, he'd sit and visit with them and then the next time he was in town, he'd visit and bring things like SNL shirts which they would proudly wear to Mass. He told me that if he could make someone laugh, it was a good day.
@@mrs.herculepoirot7763 you met the guy? Wow I would have loved to have met Chris as a person because I definitely knew him as a fat guy in a little coat and he was funny AF. It's weird because Chris was sooooo funny because of his pain combined with a very affable personality and self deprecation it's odd because those also seem to be the things that hurt him🤷♂️ I would have loved to watch Chris evolve as a man and creator unfortunately it didn't work out that way.
Chris Farley being alone is like many people, including Robin Williams, who makes people laugh but are suffering inside. But anyway, I love ‘you can do it,’ from Waterboy and your collaboration with Adam Sadler. Before I started caring about politics, before November 4, 2020, I had heard Sadler was one of the few conservatives in Hollyweird. I stopped following movies so I don’t know what’s he up to now.
You'd think it would click for people in Hollywood... Sandler makes more money than any of them by making funny movies, refusing to go woke and staying out of all the political stuff. The American people appreciate a little humility. Nobody wants to hear a woke girl in her early 20's telling them how to vote just because they were in a movie. It's revolting arrogance. Nobody knows what Sandler thinks about Trump or Harris. He's like "I'm just a comedian... what do I know"... so we can all enjoy his movies and escape for a few hours.
I've never been a political person...Until I discovered we was number 1 child trafficking....That killed me I feel it's just time for a new system if this is what is going on in our country...
I heard a story from his former neighbor that said Adam Sandler would come out of his house to go somewhere, but stopped first to have a long conversation...with the Mexican guy trimming trees. He allegedly treats all people the same and has a great reputation.

I met Chris Farley a few months before he died. I was a huge fan. He was driving a black viper and I was like, look at the big guy in that viper. It was Chris.
