But sir in question no 4 hierarchy is givan and tcm and tmm is also given so why simultaneous access formula is used

Hierachical T avg when locality of reference included :
T avg =H*t cm +(1-H)(t cm + t block)
on simplifying it gives
T avg=t cm + (1-H) (t block)
which sir has used in Question 4

In question 5 why we use two to times tcm in (1-H)?
