Bro Khrysalis needs to be skippable, not all of the 2nd arc minus khrys. Zafaria is MERCIFULLY short, and in Azteca, you get a ton of useful spells(potent trap, sharp blade, school aura, 10pip spell). In krys, you get... shrike. That's it.

I just finished Azteca and there was a cheating boss that was like follow the dance where we have to follow the boss' orders. It was really cool!

2:26 salvus is my favorite thing ever invented I swear. whenever I'm soloing and close to dying I buy him and he saves me lol. I especially like him bc the higher level henchmen tend to hit and ruin your setups but salvus only heals, that's it.

I always thought we had to sacrifice one - I was in between death and fire for my final school and it was a really hard decision because I thought that would be it, unless I made another acc I would never have one or the other. So yea, this really sets my mind at ease - it's expensive but I feel its worth it to have every school. Also how do you feel about sandsnowman for death and life solo? I feel its a cheap pet that can give you an easy fast aoe for early leveling since death and life take long to get an aoe.

Don’t buy couch potatoes, farm them in Grizzleheim. I used an auto clicker and was 1 hitting some guys for about a week. I racked up about 50 couch potatoes with 0 cost or effort lmao.
Four years on, and I would say most of this is a waste of crowns. Wise spending on elixirs is the only surefire benefit of the bunch, as they do give you some things you cannot otherwise get ever - extra things, like backpack space, bank space, bric-a-brac for decorators, and an extra character slot for those who want every school of wizard. Apart from that, the rest of the crown purchases you can do without. Henchmen are a crutch players should avoid. If you get stuck on a battle meant to be soloed, then you need to rethink your gear and deck strategy. If you're trying to solo end bosses, those weren't meant to be soloed. Give it a shot, great; but otherwise, there's a team-up option for a reason. Buying seeds is for the impatient. Over time while you level, you will naturally get all kinds of seeds. And finally, I realize that people buying packs is about the number one money maker for KingsIsle, but it's just gambling. There is exactly one set that offers an advantage over gear you can farm, and that's the frillasaur-bronto set bonus from the Primeval Hoard pack. Spending money on anything else is at best a time saver. If you're the type of player who wants to get to max faster, buying packs and seeds can help, but not really that much. Otherwise, play and enjoy the game without breaking the bank. One caveat about packs - I do find merit in people spending their money to buy otherwise unobtainable house and stitch gear, or if you're a mount collector. I get that. It's your money, and if that has value for you, power to you. The rest of this guy's advice is just whale-spending.

level 70 life henchman is great for soloing hard fights, level 20 henchmen are great for soloing belloq, i soloed baba yaga with two 70 life henchman
