I just quickly searched up how to do this and your video was the first one! My coworker asked if I can cut watermelon and I tentatively said yes. Legit, I did this and everybody was happy enjoying multiple neat slices of water melon, the abundance of slices from all the halves of halves (etc) makes it easy to serve a whole bunch of people freely.
