I'm actually a bit burried in saw work.. but i have to make an updated video on these.. there is some performance to be had and i have 3 of these running different configurations.. problem is other saws are jumping in line.. lol.. but i will say these are DAMN NEAT with potential..
Hello. Why the anger @01:15? And tie them boots Son! Get with it man! 😳🙄😆 Good review, just having fun with you. Stay safe and smile once in awhile! Peace
@@wayneberry8703 i have one prebuilt and one kit.. i like to keep a stock saw to compare the built modded saw to.. but i do like the prebuilt.. its good and that gets me excited on potential on modded saw.. also posted a vid or two on an OEM 38 that came through shop.
Nice lil ripper..bettin broken in n a muff mod it'll scream..i like the neo chain I got with the bar..gonna have to hit up Mike for one of those myself..looks like it cuts pretty good out of the box..i like it!!
I am kinda excited about this little sucker... Really no idea how it will turn out, but has potential....And you know I am chasing some small saws.....
On the nh843 I'm finding the chain brake just fine and better than the 40cc echo clone i just started testing.. and havent noticed issue with chain tensioner.. i am however frustrated by a few other things I'm trying to sort out.. one thing i have to mention is this saw takes a LOT of run in time.. and dont dare do much tuning until its hot and you have some time on it.. i have to really put more testing into this model to really say...
Ooh, two things: First, turn out your Low Speed screw part of a turn...CCW Second, nothing wrong with a 16 inch bar on a smaller saw. When other guys are stumbling around when cutting in the woods, you can out saw them every time. Husqvarna probably makes the best plastic around, period! Peace
Wholly agree on small saws.. as I get older I like the smaller saws better.. on tuning.. yes.. this is a fiddly to tune saw.. maybe its just me but it seems that saw has to be more than warmed up to tune.. more like hot.. and it seems to take a long time to break in from new then a long time to warm up every run.. so I am fiddling a bunch to get a feel.. appreciate the comment..
@@bulletproofsaws Not sure if you took it apart yet, but Indy doug and others show the gasket from the intake block to cylinder with a blocked strato port. If yours is blocked, it probably runs funny. Pull the carb and intake block, and if the strato port is blocked, cut the gasket to open it up, and it will make the saw a lot better.
It really depends... I'm a little less enthusiastic about pre-built clones, although they have a place. The custom built stuff has me never going back to OEM. Thats a whole different level.
What an awesome place to live where the neighborhood dogs can roam a play with each other.
Yea, being off the beaten path has some advantages......
Looking at getting one of these now to do some testing with. Seems like a good little saw to have in the arsenal.

The gasket that goes to the cylinder needs opened up& it needs an air filter to
intake gasket.It sucks dirt! 🤩🤩
Nice little saw

Gotta go look now... and i can take a ragging on any time.. not sensitive and i do need a good wack here n there to keep me in line..
Great little saw 👍🏼. I’ve just bought the F380 (0380) clone and it’s a great unit.
Thanks for the great review.
I have a 380 neo clone here to do some videos of next..
@@bulletproofsaws fantastic, can’t wait to see how you go with it.

@@bulletproofsaws that sounds great, so I must have a look for the 038 video! Thank you 🙏

Is the chain break bar blade tensioner holding up well as you use it more or is it made of cheap brittle plastic that will crack and break easily?
