All good flamenco / classical guitarists properly trained play at that speed and it’s awesome and fantastic to watch. They are exceptional all of them. Main guy does too much talking but no doubt he has the skills too ! Great to see great comments the future is safe with musicians like these every where in the world. Mmmmmm, strange how the girl here gets all the attention. She was actually the rhythm guitarist (just hold down the chords and play some flashy strumming stuff. Yes it takes skill, BUT the real tricky stuff is performed by the guitarist on the other side. He is doing all the clever melodic playing. I'm always amazed at how people perceive certain things.

So first off, It`s a nice performance, but the girl is not playing at lightning speed. She uses a form of Mexican strumming (Mariachi) If you look at the hand holding the chords it`s a normal progression. She switches with the lead guitarist to play the solo that can be hard to play on a classical guitar(due to shorter neck\fewer frets), but that specific classical guitar has a nice cutout. Finally, and what i liked most. Is when she slaps the guitar giving a percussion effect while playing rhythm guitar, Nicely done but not jaw dropping.

The tune being played originated with two Mexican artists,Rodrigo and Gabriella. Gabriella's strum pattern is widely discussed and copied. She concocted the pattern to incorporate percussion into their street busking. I saw them live, really amazing.

Very nice but the guy was playing the more complicated part. The attractive lady did nice percussion and flamenco style rolls too. Very nice together with good band.
The girl is ten times better than the Male lead. If you've ever learned flamenco style you will know. This is advanced right hand technique and a lot harder than what the guy was playing.

Her name is haeun jang and she's an awesome classical guitar player and certainly not just know how to 'strum fast' like yall claimed. Да народ. Я как музыкант могу сказать. посмотрите на ритм. движение правой руки той самой девушки. Ритм Гитарист в данной композиции ( девушка) является ведущим, если разбирать по полочкам. Техника медиатора, Соло гитариста просто играется и ничего сложного. Скорость можно отработать. А вот этот Ритм Девушки повторят не многие. Тем более это не их компазиция. Жуткая каша, слушать это в hi-fi наушниках просто невозможно: драм секция отдельно, аккомпанемент на клавишах живёт своей жизнью, некоторые ноты в партии соло гитары не доигрываются и небрежно бросаются (и тут вопрос не к самому ритмическому рисунку композиции с множеством синкоп). Это может быть трижды талантливо, но это дико непрофессионально!

I’ve played piano most of my life and I’ve recently started learning guitar… I know I’ll never be as good as her (I’m getting a bit too old, even playing piano hurts anymore), but it’s so inspiring to watch her! No, if you listen very closely, you can pick it up. She's really playing the hell out of that guitar and the speed at which she plays; I would say few big stars can match. All the while drumming just as fast.
This piece is entitled "Hanuman" and was written by a young couple from Mexico, Rodrigo y Gabriella, a fantastic duet who play some amazing flamenco fusion. They have a ton of videos here on UA-cam. This group reproduces the original pretty nicely and the young lady does an outstanding job of copying Gabriella's style.

Yes it takes skill, BUT the real tricky stuff is performed by the guitarist on the other side. He is doing all the clever melodic playing. I'm always amazed at how people perceive certain things.

활동을 해도 안보는거져.. 인디에 수많은 밴드가 넘쳐납니다.. 찾아보면 공연 널렸어요.. 근데 가보면 보러오는사람이 극소수에요. 공중파에서 안틀어주고 돈자랑하는 힙합이나, 공장에서 찍어나온 아이돌들만 팔리는 시대니까요..

The young lady has plays nice rhythm guitar and is pretty and has a show off kind of flashy style, so gets all the attention - but the guy playing lead guitar off to the left, mostly off camera? Is freaking incredible! Its not my kind of music but I was blown away by that dude!

The other guitarist amazed me even more. She is great. I'd like to see more of his playing on the left as well.
So first off, It`s a nice performance, but the girl is not playing at lightning speed. She uses a form of Mexican strumming (Mariachi) If you look at the hand holding the chords it`s a normal progression.
She switches with the lead guitarist to play the solo that can be hard to play on a classical guitar(due to shorter neck\fewer frets), but that specific classical guitar has a nice cutout.
Finally, and what i liked most. Is when she slaps the guitar giving a percussion effect while playing rhythm guitar, Nicely done but not jaw dropping.

The tune being played originated with two Mexican artists,Rodrigo and Gabriella. Gabriella's strum pattern is widely discussed and copied. She concocted the pattern to incorporate percussion into their street busking. I saw them live, really amazing.

Very nice but the guy was playing the more complicated part. The attractive lady did nice percussion and flamenco style rolls too. Very nice together with good band.
The girl is ten times better than the Male lead. If you've ever learned flamenco style you will know. This is advanced right hand technique and a lot harder than what the guy was playing.

Lol to the people saying how she wasn't 'good' enough and she was just a 'support', you guys should go watch her youtube videos. She uploaded tons of videos of her playing. Her name is haeun jang and she's an awesome classical guitar player and certainly not just know how to 'strum fast' like yall claimed.
I just think it's unfair how people criticising her bcs of the clickbait and the camera focusing on her (i also feel bad for the guy n wanna see the guy's playing btw). Both the guy and the girl AND the whole band are amazing so can't you enjoy the music? :)

Да народ. Я как музыкант могу сказать. посмотрите на ритм. движение правой руки той самой девушки. Ритм Гитарист в данной композиции ( девушка) является ведущим, если разбирать по полочкам. Техника медиатора, Соло гитариста просто играется и ничего сложного. Скорость можно отработать. А вот этот Ритм Девушки повторят не многие. Тем более это не их компазиция. Жуткая каша, слушать это в hi-fi наушниках просто невозможно: драм секция отдельно, аккомпанемент на клавишах живёт своей жизнью, некоторые ноты в партии соло гитары не доигрываются и небрежно бросаются (и тут вопрос не к самому ритмическому рисунку композиции с множеством синкоп). Это может быть трижды талантливо, но это дико непрофессионально!

I’ve played piano most of my life and I’ve recently started learning guitar… I know I’ll never be as good as her (I’m getting a bit too old, even playing piano hurts anymore), but it’s so inspiring to watch her! No, if you listen very closely, you can pick it up. She's really playing the hell out of that guitar and the speed at which she plays; I would say few big stars can match. All the while drumming just as fast.
She finger picked 1 section and played chords for the rest. Yes she was fast but in my opinion the other guitarist was more noticable.
This piece is entitled "Hanuman" and was written by a young couple from Mexico, Rodrigo y Gabriella, a fantastic duet who play some amazing flamenco fusion. They have a ton of videos here on UA-cam. This group reproduces the original pretty nicely and the young lady does an outstanding job of copying Gabriella's style.
