This part is so confusing when you see it for the first time, but when you see it more and more times and you listen to Barry more carefully, you understand that this was probably one of the most important parts of the film. Barry coming back in time to tell Bruce about Lois's importance to Superman and epically failing because he accidentally went back too far, and instead advices Bruce to find the other members of the Justice League. I mean how much more brilliant can you get? And what's even better is the whole scene forces the audience to think about what happened and for fans (like me) to go nuts over it. I do 't know about the rest of you, but I am tickled pink to see what other surprising stuff Snyder has in store for Justice League.
Nate Borie that's exactly how I felt, these fans of D.C. Universe complain wayyy too much. They act like they forgot that the flash said he was too soon, so ultimately D.C. Can still make more movies in between. It's not rushed and actually made me like the movie even more tbh
Deraash irational fanboyism. Even I who don't know jack shit about DC/Marvel comic universe would be ready to accept such a thing without making a fuss over it wether it makes sense or not. On the contrary, I'd say that it's even better that it's been decided that Flash accidentally travels too far back in time, it brings interesting plot, it makes things mysterious, for Bruce and the audience. And also I find it quite scary, the fact that it's a messenger coming to make a call for help from the future, appearing in a dimensional portal, and whom Wayne doesn't even know yet, who warns him of the grave danger that awaits in the future if he doesn't gather up all the members of the Justice League.
If barry reminds bruce about to find the other members of justice league, which means that barry knows who is bruce...but why..in justice league...barry alen don't know who is bruce
Unfortunetly they probably won't go on this path. After the shitshow it was this movie's reception, the studio is heading to a more uplifting, heroic type of thing, according to what I've read. It would be so amazing to see a live-action portrait of the Injustice's plot, but the executives wants to do it light and no more super dark serious shit, which is a pity in my opinion.
This scene makes so much sense after watching the Snyder cut! In Snyder cut ending superman finds Batman and the others before they could send Barry back in time to warn Bruce, and I think that Sups kills everyone there except Barry who manages to run away and travel back in time. Remember that line in bvs when Bruce said “Even if there is a one percent chance that he is our enemy, we have to rake it as an absolute certainty!” Well... Bruce was right... he was always right...
@@JohnJohn-pe5kr There was nothing to do with Steppenwolf. The deja-vu (repeating the same scene 2 times) is a multiverse paradox of which Flash is the perpetrator on every story. Earth is the center of the multiverse so it is easy to assume Flash traveled in time from his Earth to warn about Superman's regime hence why he says ''Lois is the key''. He traveled back in time and accidentally a multiverse.
Pissed me off back in 2016 when everyone just called it dumb because it didn't make sense at the time, but it was so obvious they were building towards something. I love the MCU as well, but damn it has made complete idiots out of moviegoers
Wow, it's been quite a while. Anyway, I got goosebumps when Barry said "fear him". He sounds like he came from a very hard time for being a cool fun energetic young man Barry Allen.
Dude this wasn't a nightmare it was real because when it was over a paper starts flying meaning that it was a warning from the flash in an alternate timeline (future) due to the speed force behind flash and as we know the new flash movie will be about flash traveling and making flashpoint and in crisis when ezra Miller's flash met grant's flash ezra miller mumbled i told victor this is possible and he maybe have wanted to travel back in time for his first time wich means traveling back in time is possible in the dceu because maybe he accidentally ran too fast that he travelled to an alternate earth instead of travelling back in time Ps:i know im a nerd
What Flash means is that Bruce was right,Clark would turn evil when he comes back to life but Darkseid controls him,in the comics the thing that stops him is Lois lane Lex even says he is coming,at the end,and in Bruce's Knightmare, you can see parademons
We don't know at all that he will turn evil when he comes back from death in the next movie. My take on it is this is a Flash from an as of yet undetermined point in the future - and just one possible future mind you. I think this is more like Injustice; Lois Lane somehow dies in this Flash's time which slowly but steadily turns Superman into the bad guy a la Injustice. Which means that Bruce was always right about the potential danger that Superman poses. Like he says in BvS "even if there's just a 1% chance [that he will turn out bad], we have to stop him" which fits perfectly with Flash's line "You were always right about him. Fear him!"
+hylianchriss that is my other theory,my 1st comment along with that one, superman even says in Bruce's Knightmare"You took her away from me" which means Lois or maybe his mother, but I'm more on your theory,i forgot to post a alternative theory, but as you see Superman seems to be working with parademons as none attack his men,and In the crisis on infinite earth,he is controlled by Darkseid and I think he kills Lois in her 2nd body who knows,we may both be right, lets just wait until 2018
This makes so much more sense, at the end of snyder cut everyone dies besides batman and flash. Flash goes back in time to tell bruce to save lois so the world doesn't become Knightmare. Darkseid kills lois bc superman told bruce to protect her. He doesn't listen and superman joins darkseid to make the Knightmare Phase. Also flashes suit is too good. when he says "Fear him" at the end he's talking about superman
I went into this movie cold with no spoilers. No idea flash would have a cameo and my mouth dropped and my eyes welled I couldn't belive it finally arrived my favorite DC character was on the big screen thank you dc!
+Man Balock that's just the flash's character from the comics. he's the fastest man alive but definitely not the brightest. he's meant to not be taken too seriously
It's not the injustice storyline. *Spoiler Alert Ahead* Superman returns with memory loss. Darkseid takes advantage of this and convinces him that the people of earth are bad. Superman along with darkseids minion take out the Justice league in which batman tells the flash to get Lois Lane to "jog his memory". But before the flash can complete his task certain members of the justice league are killed. The flash then realizes that the only way to stop the deaths are to go back in time and warn Bruce Wayne.
Imagine having a friend of super hero leader that only saves the world because his wife is alive. Then she trips on the stairs and breaks her knees, the hero becomes satan. It doesn't even need to be the Joker doing something nasty.
Well, I never expected this level of timeline positioning from this particular movie, which just introduced a Batman who wants to punch Superman for no particular reason and introduced other characters from 30 second UA-cam videos
@@harrypage6736 Spoiler ALERT!!! ......................... If you've seen Snydercut, you can see in Cyborg's vision that Lois died, and Flash is trying to warn Batman to not let Lois die. If you've seen the Part where Batman is in his Knightmare costume(the one with the jacket) it was the future wherein Batman is alive and Lois is dead which turns Superman evil. and btw, Flash time traveled.
0:22 I wonder if flash screamed cause he was too soon warning bruce potentially messing up his chance to fix the future or it’s hurting him to go back in time using the speed force.
Now this makes sense. I mean back then I thought Batman's reason for fighting superman is absurd. Now I understand why he was so bent in fighting superman in batman v superman.
@@lordkappa1899 it sounds dumb but "Lois lane is the key" could mean a lot. Technically she is a pivotal part in the anti life equation but she's not "it". Lois dying is enough for Superman to turn evil and become Darkseid's ally. Hence the nightmare batfleck saw in the ending scene of Snydercut. We can see flash in the same suit at the end of Snydercut back in bvs trying to tell bruce that Lois is the key to preventing all of what happened. He's telling bruce to protect her because without her, superman would turn the world into a place of chaos. So technically superman is the anti life equation, however, in Snydercut, Lois kind of helped superman to remember his memories and become a good boi again so Darkseid couldn't use the kryptonian to his advantage. That's why Darkseid said they'd use the old ways because they can't access "the anti life equation" because superman isn't evil. However, the nightmare bruce saw at the end of sydercut was confusing as it could possibly mean that Darkseid eventually makes superman evil and snyder planned a movie on that or I'm just overthinking that and didn't piece stuff together. But yeah, lois lane is the key, not the anti life equation.
okay so when i first watched this scene i thought that was Robin, then it turns out that was Flash. I watched the movie again ans thought he was talking about Superman going rogue and Lois was the thing holding him back. but i saw Justice League recently and this scene again and i realized what Flash was actually talking about. When they bring Superman back he goes nuts and attacks the league. When Alfred bring Lois in Superman snaps out of it. 'Its Lois! Lois Lane! She's the key!' the key to bringing the superman back. The 'Find us soon!' is Flash referring to Steppenwolf invading earth and them possibly caught unprepared so Flash is telling Bruce that he needs to find the League and prepare for the upcoming invasion. That is what i think anyway
‘Am I too soon? I’m too soon’ so he was supposed to travel back to when Bruce knew the justice league and who Lois was. I wonder what point he was supposed to
Too soon definitely. But in Zack Snyders Justice League, Bruce remembers this moment, that Lois is the key but he thinks its something darker... Darkseid.
Zack snyder actually confirms it on fans meeting in zoom, he said that the future knightmare flash realize that he was too soon from going back to time, so he travel back again and try to remove the timeline where he warns Batman in the first place, but flash was wrong, he actually thought that the timeline where he warns batman was gone, IT is not. He actually created 2 new alternative timeline where there is the timeline flash doesn't warns Batman and the timeline where he warns batman, thats why we see him woke up 2 Times. The second time he woke up the joss whedon justice league timeline is taking root in the present., ( Which is the 2st timeline where Flash doesnt warns Batman ) because in Joss Whedon JL flash never warns batman about it In the snyder cut batman talk about his dream and he saw barry was stand in front of him and warns him. ( The snyder cut timeline is the 1st alternative timeline ). So joss Whedon and Zack Snyder justice league both are canon in my opinion. But they are only in different timeline, same universe.
Flash warns Bruce about the scene in the Justice League movie where Superman is about to beat the Justice League and when he's just about to destroy Batman, Batman calls Lois.
Can someone please explain why he is having these visions? At first I thought it was because he was just afraid of Superman but what was Barry doing in one of these visions? He had not even met Barry yet. And at the end of Justice League he has another vision and this time the Joker is there and Mera saying she wants to be the one to kill him. Why is he having these visions?
batman let lois lane die which turned superman rouge and superman joined darkseid. so, Barry travelled back in time to warn him about superman and saying that "you have to save her, lois is the key" but then he says "i am too soon" which means that he traveled to the point in time where batman hasn't even started putting justice league together

@@ExtraKuya ITS because this Flash Is from another future timeline were Batman didnt looked for the Justice League that soon.
Lois was killed by a misterious Entity, and Superman feeling hopeless had less defense Agaisnt the Anti-Life equation. AND thats how he was brainwashed by Darkseid.
Obviously everyone has a different look in that future.
Now you need to go and watch Justice League Snyder's Cut :)
i had a dream, almost like a premonition. Barry Allen was right here
Paying this off would’ve been epic
Nate Borie where was the Flash's retractable helmet in Justice League??????
Where was the Flash's Retractable helmet in the Justice League????
If barry reminds bruce about to find the other members of justice league, which means that barry knows who is bruce...but why..in justice league...barry alen don't know who is bruce
After watching The SynderCut this scene makes so much sense now.
Its more crazy when you think about zack's vision
Warner Bros? More like Warner No-balls
We've seen what snyder planned
I saw the Snyder cut movie, this now makes a lot more sense to me.
Injustice storyline baby!
This scene and the other dream sequence where Superman kills Batman is a perfect setup for Injustice, which will be awesome!
Unfortunetly they probably won't go on this path. After the shitshow it was this movie's reception, the studio is heading to a more uplifting, heroic type of thing, according to what I've read.
It would be so amazing to see a live-action portrait of the Injustice's plot, but the executives wants to do it light and no more super dark serious shit, which is a pity in my opinion.
they can still do injustice as a elsewhere story and then crossover with the main cast in a sequel
Or he’s just referring to Bruce being right about someone else
Daniel Weirich I love the idea but they’re one thing I don’t get. Why would Superman allied himself with Darkseid?
This scene makes so much sense after watching the Snyder cut!
In Snyder cut ending superman finds Batman and the others before they could send Barry back in time to warn Bruce, and I think that Sups kills everyone there except Barry who manages to run away and travel back in time.
Remember that line in bvs when Bruce said “Even if there is a one percent chance that he is our enemy, we have to rake it as an absolute certainty!”
Well... Bruce was right... he was always right...
The dream is real, because when Bruce Wayne wake up, we can see the papers flying
Yeah..and flash can do time travel so that future flash warned bruce wayne about superman became evil.
The speedforce must be a batfleck fan to show him the future. Because the knightmares are definitely the speedforces doing
anyone here after finding out what this scene really means?
R.I.P Justice League: Synder Cut
Mike Williams II actually flash changed the timeline by telling Bruce to get justice League together before steppenwolf arrived
Totally, WB raped Zack and DC, ugh, what could have been...but we will see it someday #releasethesnydercut
It's confirmed
Well well well how the turntables
You we're right about James Gunn Fear Him!
you have to restore us!
It's so crazy how this wasn't in the snyder cut but it makes perfect sense after watching it
Pissed me off back in 2016 when everyone just called it dumb because it didn't make sense at the time, but it was so obvious they were building towards something. I love the MCU as well, but damn it has made complete idiots out of moviegoers
A lot of people have little patience
Crazy how things line up now that the snyder cut is out
So who's here after Snyder cut. When Bruce talked about this ?
Wow, it's been quite a while.
Anyway, I got goosebumps when Barry said "fear him". He sounds like he came from a very hard time for being a cool fun energetic young man Barry Allen.
I got goosebumps too
Well in snyder cut JL on the knightmare sequel, only Barry is the most silent member, imagine things that he has been trough
@@fajarrramadhan-o6z yes
it all makes sense now
0:02 Superman Killed Batman By Tearing Out His Heart.
What's cool about Bruce's nightmares is that right after waking up he always meets a new member of the JL
Flash be like 'Hey listen Bruce I have a lot of info to give you bit instead I'm just gonna be vague and cryptic'😂
Dude this wasn't a nightmare it was real because when it was over a paper starts flying meaning that it was a warning from the flash in an alternate timeline (future) due to the speed force behind flash and as we know the new flash movie will be about flash traveling and making flashpoint and in crisis when ezra Miller's flash met grant's flash ezra miller mumbled i told victor this is possible and he maybe have wanted to travel back in time for his first time wich means traveling back in time is possible in the dceu because maybe he accidentally ran too fast that he travelled to an alternate earth instead of travelling back in time
Ps:i know im a nerd
It’s nice to have more nerds tbh but the addition of the cw actually makes justice league make more sense
What Flash means is that Bruce was right,Clark would turn evil when he comes back to life but Darkseid controls him,in the comics the thing that stops him is Lois lane Lex even says he is coming,at the end,and in Bruce's Knightmare, you can see parademons
Exactly right.
Fear him!"
+hylianchriss that is my other theory,my 1st comment along with that one, superman even says in Bruce's Knightmare"You took her away from me" which means Lois or maybe his mother, but I'm more on your theory,i forgot to post a alternative theory, but as you see Superman seems to be working with parademons as none attack his men,and In the crisis on infinite earth,he is controlled by Darkseid and I think he kills Lois in her 2nd body
who knows,we may both be right, lets just wait until 2018
This makes so much more sense, at the end of snyder cut everyone dies besides batman and flash. Flash goes back in time to tell bruce to save lois so the world doesn't become Knightmare. Darkseid kills lois bc superman told bruce to protect her. He doesn't listen and superman joins darkseid to make the Knightmare Phase. Also flashes suit is too good. when he says "Fear him" at the end he's talking about superman
But Wonder Woman, Superman and Cyborg were all destroyed in the explosion
@@youngmultiverser9311 Bruh, Cyborg is still alive though.
Notice it? When he wakes up there's still papers in the background fluttering around.
That moment when Barry realise he failed.
After watching synder cut, this scene makes 100% sense.
Bro I wish this could continue this story could have been the best
I went into this movie cold with no spoilers. No idea flash would have a cameo and my mouth dropped and my eyes welled I couldn't belive it finally arrived my favorite DC character was on the big screen thank you dc!
hahahahah
am i too soon?.... i'm too soon.
hahahahaha
I don't get it
it just sounds hilarious
its like a comedy line, and the timing, i dunno, it just comes off funny to me
i know its not MEANT to be, it just sounds funny coz its a stupid fuckin film and they got it wrong as usual
+Man Balock that's just the flash's character from the comics. he's the fastest man alive but definitely not the brightest. he's meant to not be taken too seriously
Man like Balock.
I always thought he said
"Steer Him"
As in steer him in the right direction
It's not the injustice storyline.
*Spoiler Alert Ahead*
Superman returns with memory loss.
LebronTraveled24 fuck I thought you didn't know what you were talking about. Now I'm spoiled
So did the flash die in that timeline I’m kinda confused
😆😆😆😆😆
no spoiler needed, idiot
your prediction is false
Imagine having a friend of super hero leader that only saves the world because his wife is alive. Then she trips on the stairs and breaks her knees, the hero becomes satan. It doesn't even need to be the Joker doing something nasty.
Crazy part is he wasnt dreaming, flash really came from the future you can see the papers in the air when he "wakes up"
Well, there is a fans theory said that flash erased the timeline where he warns Bruce in the first place, thats why Bruce was wake up 2 Times
You would think that Barry could've just said "KEEP LOIS LANE ALIVE!", but they had to keep his vague
Real ones know what this meant back in 2016. Meanwhile most mfs realized what it meant in 2021 😂
I was super confused after not watching the theatrical cut and jumping into the Snyder Cut. Makes sense now lol
Who's here after watching *The Zack Snyder's Justice League?*
Well, I never expected this level of timeline positioning from this particular movie, which just introduced a Batman who wants to punch Superman for no particular reason and introduced other characters from 30 second UA-cam videos
In the Snyder Cut, Bruce was afraid to die and let Lois die which caused that Dystopian future in his dream.
I feel like since she was in the bat cave it was either he dies or Lois dies and he chose his self which is partly why Superman wants to kill batman
What does the scene mean please thank you
@@harrypage6736 Spoiler ALERT!!!
.........................
This scene gives me chills now
"Bruce! You still owe Superman 16 dollar. 16 dollar is the key"
After watching the snyder cut nightmare scene, I think flash came too soon in BvS to warn about superman.
Now this makes sense. I mean back then I thought Batman's reason for fighting superman is absurd. Now I understand why he was so bent in fighting superman in batman v superman.
Imagine if Lois Lane was the anti life equation (the key) that Darkseid is looking for.
why the hell would she be this is dumb
That kinda make scene
@@subinsherry4514 very good explaination...
FLASH IS TALKING ABOUT SUPERMAN TURNING EVIL AND LOIS BEING THE ONLY KEY TO STOP SUPERMAN AND TURN HIM BACK TO NOMRAL
Superman can't be evil. Batman will be evil-nazi , in knightmare his symbol was swastika
Flash: I have to tell you about the future! It's your mothers, Bruce. Something's gotta be done about your mothers!
I will overcome the fucking virus to watch JL SC.
I know now this wasn't a dream, but an actual event
No shit Einstein.
no shit
@@user-qm4te9lb5l why are the papers flying when he wakes up if it was a dream
Ankit Vishwakarma ”No shit Enstein” is a figure of speech to insinuate the obvious if someone makes a statement.
Ankit Vishwakarma Or do you think it was a dream, and are asking me to explain?
So did anyone else completely forget this happened?
Ah, its start to make sense now
Aged so well, but at the same time it didn’t
okay so when i first watched this scene i thought that was Robin, then it turns out that was Flash.
No Flash was talking about Injustice were joker kills Lois and superman goes insane
@@candidabrown8709 w-what? No that has nothing to do with it
I think it’s a bit of all of these things either way the flash basically saved them from multiple bad timelines
it was abt darkseid killing lois lane and bruce needed to prevent this from happening so clark doesnt succumb to anti life equation
@@thevroom1643 wrong
"Am i too soon? Eaaargh im too soon! "
Lol idk i always laughed at this part 😂
Damn Flash: always coming to soon!
I'll show myself out.
Whole knightmare sequence and this seen in bvs make so much more sense after the Snyder cut
The death of Lois really did turn him evil.
Along side being brainwashed by the anti life equation
‘Am I too soon? I’m too soon’ so he was supposed to travel back to when Bruce knew the justice league and who Lois was. I wonder what point he was supposed to
Was it maybe pre justice league snyder? post BvS?
Back here after watching justice league snyder cut
I definitely appreciate this scene much more now.
this could have been the end of everything and the start of anything
Too soon definitely. But in Zack Snyders Justice League, Bruce remembers this moment, that Lois is the key but he thinks its something darker... Darkseid.
Yes i watched that scene too, when Bruce tell Diana about Barry telling him tha Louis is the key
Who else wants a flash movie with a lot of time traveling and teleporting to different earths
We already have the flash series tho
i love the floating papers after he "wakes up" to signify that this was more than a dream
The second time he woke up the joss whedon justice league timeline is taking root in the present., ( Which is the 2st timeline where Flash doesnt warns Batman ) because in Joss Whedon JL flash never warns batman about it
In the snyder cut batman talk about his dream and he saw barry was stand in front of him and warns him. ( The snyder cut timeline is the 1st alternative timeline ).
So joss Whedon and Zack Snyder justice league both are canon in my opinion. But they are only in different timeline, same universe.
Anyone here after Snyder cut?
Flash warns Bruce about the scene in the Justice League movie where Superman is about to beat the Justice League and when he's just about to destroy Batman, Batman calls Lois.
@Srikanth Sv Ok
after watching JL it all makes sense, BvS is the center piece of a huge puzzle
Ignacio BvS is the movie that set up the DCCU. That's why.
That is where the flash traveled back in time to warn bruce about superman.
@@pratyushshukla5569 actually superman was put under the anti life equation.
