Hi, I am using office 365 subscription. In 2016, it will not work the I demonstrated, since it is creates dynamic range. But still if you follow the complete steps (using Name manager & set the chart range as it shows in video), the chart will work in same way.

my offset function is not working the way it should, i'm selecting data for only wholesaler sale type then it is also giving #VALUE! error☹
What version are you using? As for me 2016 and didn't happen like you show in video for offset function. It showed #VALUE if I set height to 10. SAD.

You may need to enable it. Use Customize Ribbon in the Excel Options to enable it
