If Sans was too weak and too tired because he was fighting the human, then it make some sense that Papyrus could finish him off, Even if it was by a cheap shot
Sans died because he wasnt expecting papyrus to kill him
It doesn't make "some sense" is just that he never knew Papyrus would be capable of fighting back like in the comic
@@antoniomartinez4737 If Dust had In-game Stats he still would be the weakest, Yeah in canon dusttale he has 20 LV, but that's means nothing.
Why? Because if he had 20 LV his real stats would be: 77 HP, (If we consider that Classic has 1 HP) 39 ATK and only 4 DEF.
So, technically Papyrus could kill dust if he willed to fight him.
In sans defense he would most likely be wearing armor
And 77 is enough to survive a few hits
God, the beat at 1:08 is real nice- Not something you'd typically expect. The bells, too! Very nicely done.

To be honest, this was great! Loved the use of the of the luminescent mushrooms being used as instruments! The animation was just great as well, combined with the music makes for a great combo! Has me hyped even more for a game that doesn't even have a demo yet, and that's impressive! Good work Jayer!

Dusttale isn't one of my favorite AUs, to be honest, but in spite of that I love this. The visuals are very creative, especially with the attack patterns. The lighting up of the plants to the notes was a very nice touch, as well. Great job!

Sans wearing a skeleton shirt is like the equivalent of a human wearing those t-shirts with abs on it
A very sans thing to do (he canonically wore this under his jacket in the base game, before fan art changed it, they eventually replaced it with a turtleneck after a while, but you can see in his battle-sprite that it’s actually the mid area between the ribs, and the collarbone showing under his jacket)

OKAY, but the way the mushrooms light up at 1:44 for the beat, I M A C U L A T E .
Maybe have it be called DustTale? Until sans is killed, and then a bone knocks out the “Tale” and it’s replaced by “Belief”. So people don’t expect a “DustBelief” until it’s happened.
Well, in the dustbelief game. Sans somehow manifested himself into this weaker version of him, and kills undyne. But then he goes back, and stops the human from going to papyrus.
This is still dustbelief, he hasn't gotten to papyrus yet, this is a sans encounter with the human before that happens, he isn't fighting papyrus yet

I’ve had this idea for a while so I’ll keep it simple
Sans has more DT now and more power
So during attacks he can switched between 2-3 different ones in order to predict and trip up the player.

Почему в Dustbelief этот момент как-то отличается!? Типа там всё как в Dusttale до одного момента, где он неожиданно получив ряд костей от Папируса, был убит. (Каким-то невообразимым образом, ведь даже учитывая, что в него вонзилось 3 кости, этого всё ещё мало. У Санса явно больше здоровья, чем 9, тем более он уже получал урон от человека в этой самой комнате на 10-16 и это было ~ четвертью.

When i first hear this song my back broke in half this shit gave me a curse
I have always liked Dustbelief, I think it works so much better than Dusttale because if Papyrus, someone who hasn't been exposed to the resets or the timelines yet, found out from his brother that the human would kill everyone, that nothing mattered, and killing monsters would make him stronger, there is a chance he might go down that path. It doesn't make sense for sans because of his apathy, but it kind of works with Papyrus
