i love how sans' emotions are portrayed in this, being more chill and concerned rather than aggressive
i think that fits a lot better
And it's a lot more intimidating, honestly I'd love a dusttale game revamp, it'd be great with this music and reworked diolog for the other battles/segments

I like how dust sans isn’t portrayed as insane or crazy but more like how the actual canon sans would react. Tired and disappointed that he has to do this

I like how in this fight, sans seems so hopeless and desperate, trying his best to get rid of the human as early as possible. As shown in the dialogue, you can almost feel as if he's panicking, afraid even. Maybe because of how fast you killed everyone in the ruins, you scared him in a way, which almost makes you feel *Powerful.* In the normal fight with sans, he's calm and collected, and will do anything for you to reset and go for a pacifist ending, using what he knows in a almost intellectual manner. Here, he's pulling no stops, pulling all the cards, and is desperate to kill you. He knows you can reset, but the fact that you traversed the ruins so quickly basically killing everyone in seconds actually scares him, since he's not used to a run like that. With that in mind, you can think that this fight IS harder, but shorter, because sans isn't accustomed using so much power in a long period of time. Sans does take a break in the normal fight, but that takes WAYYY longer, since the attacks aren't that insane. Here, he takes a break way earlier, because he's so dead set on using all his power to wash his fear away.
tl;dr, I like that fact that sans is scared of you in this fight

Theres something about just that line that honestly just feels so...different coming from sans. It also feels like something sans would most definetly say. But back to the line itself. Theres just something so raw about the line that it just makes me stop and think "wow, he really said that"

From what I've seen, Stretch's dusttale looks really good, but the English in it has a lot of mistakes. Maybe that's due to abd translation, though.
True, it's a recurring problem with some fan games. Even DTLG at times. It's...slightly disappointing. Such a great game, that just has the simplest of mistakes that could be fixed so easily. Shame.

To be honest, I kind of like the V1 of the sans encounter better, but this version fits the emotions portrayed here. It's nice for sans to not be solely aggressive here.

I’m thinking that this song would be used when you fight papyrus but disregarding the instinct death first hit crap, sans intercepts the fight to defend a weakened papyrus. Papyrus would probably be too weak to do anything so Sans would be extremely desperate. Idc if u say “SaNs cAn JusT tElePort HiM”, well that’s not happening. As Sans continues to exhaust himself, he is forced to slay papyrus to prevent the human from gaining LOV. Prob would do this at the end of the song, you can have paps head remain while Sans alr teleported away to contemplate his actions.
I was thinking of it being called *LAST CHANCE* but I’m up for suggestions

@@epiceldaniel I know, but it's still DustTale, the plot of this AU is that sans at some point remembers all the genocide runs the human did. so he went crazy and killed all the monsters just to have a chance against them. although I don't know if this version makes sans crazy bc yes or whatever
