Could u take some time to show us things like tapestry, chandeliers, sculptures, architectural old pieces, beautiful frames, mirrors, some more antique furniture, unique vases n lamps n lampshades. Beautiful vases, rugs, etc. Interesting things that we'll never saw or would be able to see unless u show. Curious n pretty antique things. BUT I loved the IMARI plates - I generally gravitate to anything white BUT the vibrant oranges and cobalt blues of IMARI are so lovely together. The stack of books you admired - yes please. The art, too many lovely ones to mention. As for the prices, some were reasonable some were not. C'est normale. :)

As you mention, prices at the brocante do seem to be rising. Certainly the quality of items is very good, but vendors must realise people are seeking to buy their goods and should price them accordingly. I wonder if price rises are seasonal at brocante - higher in Summer when tourists have money to spend? There were so many treasures I would love to have purchased - the two seascapes near the beginning, and was that a Maling plate precariously balanced on the edge of a table?
