The tortilla on top of the raw sausage did it for me 🤢. There’s no way that sausage cooked on the top side. And sausage is something you want to make sure it’s cooked through. Ugh.
The sausage is definitely cooked through. When you flip it over, it continues to cook through the tortilla as well.
