I tried running this and it was amazing to be able to download the contours in SVG format, I've really been struggling to find a site that allows you to easily do that, but the issue I'm having is its not accurate which obviously is a pretty big problem. Like really inaccurate, its showing roads as increasing in elevation nearly 10' from one side to the other, when compared to the assessors maps for the site's contour lines it's a very stark difference. Do you have any suggestions on getting it to be more accurate?

That's right
You can use DEM to produce a suitable output for this purpose and it has better accuracy than such websites.
