What are the reasons of black smoke
In this I video I have explained all the reasons why your car/ tractor emits black smoke. If your's air filter is dirty then this may be the biggest reason of black smoke during acceleration. This happesns because of rich air fuel mixture inside the combustion chamber. If air filter is dirty then less air will go inside the combustion chamber of engine. The ratio of fuel will be more in air fuel mixture and this is called the rich mixture. Rich air fuel mixture will cause unburnt/half-burned fuel emissions in the exhaust. The fuel not burn properly - this means it will give that much of power what is expected from it. So you will feel the loss of power pickup performance and mileage.
Second reason of black smoke may be sudden acceleration when engine is cold . When you start engine in the morning the engine take some time to get warm. But due to our bad habbit we start acceleration just after the cranking of engine and keep on continue .....This is bad practice . When the engine is running cold the temperature of engine oil is less hence the viscosity is at higher side . This cause the ingestion of engine oil into combustion chamber through piston rings. So (in morning ) better start the engine and leave it idle for few minutes so that the temperature rises upto required level. After this you can apply load on the engine and start your work/journey.

Bhai agar sabh kuch ok hai tho dhua nhi dena chahiye, / fir tho piston rings aur reboring hi bachta hai .... Purane engine m piston aur cylinder ke beech clearance badh jata hai , jiska smadhaan piston rings change ya(aur) reboring hi hai..

ट्रैक्टर के हवामहल (hawa Lene wala, jo bonat ke upar nikla hota h , silencer ki tarah) को निकाल कर बाहर रख दे फिर ट्रैक्टर स्टार्ट करें और एक्सीलेटर दे कर देखें । अगर अब काला धुआं नहीं दे रहा है तो air filter block tha हवा महल में लगा एयर-फिल्टर (hawa wala filter) बदल दें। ।।।।। अगर हवामहल निकालने के बाद भी काला धुआं आ रहा है तो diesel इंजेक्टर/ नोजल clean karaye.

अगर काला धुआं देता है तो हवामहल को निकाल कर ट्रैक्टर स्टार्ट करें और फिर चेक करें। अगर बार-बार इंजन वाला तेल का लेवल कम होता है तो पिस्टन रिंग खराब हो सकता है। ज्यादा डिटेल के लिए धुआ देखकर प्रॉब्लम जाने ...यह वाली वीडियो मेरे चैनल पर जाकर देख सकते हैं
