I once met a shaman who was a big fan of Tori. He mentioned that Tori Amos is a shaman too! After listening to her music and reading the lyrics I can see why he had said that. What a beautiful being she is!

She’s most definitely a shaman I’ve seen her 10 times and I just saw her for the 10th time July 11th I came from Wisconsin to see her in Indiana at almost 60 she’s at the top of her game totally phenomenal and I sure wish I coulda made Red Rocks

I always say if there’s one celeb I’d lose my cool with in person, it’s Tori. She’s been my girl since the 90’s. And I just know she’d love me too 😂. Isn’t that what we all think about our favorites?
Dawn I met her and she has a almost priestess/goddess presence she was so calm and really interested in you and was cool when when i got overwhelmed she just held the space and just accepted me as i was , she is the genuine real deal

I met her when I was 17 with my best friend (Dew Drop Inn tour, 1996). When you talk to her she makes it feel like you're the only person around. She gives her complete, undivided attention and looks directly into your eyes. My friend said to me after, "It's like she's reading your soul". 2 years later I went to meet Tori again after a show by her tour bus with a different friend. We were up front by the little barricade with 4 other fans and there was a group of maybe 25 fans behind us. As soon as Tori came out the people behind us rushed forward with things for her to sign, knocking my friend in head. Tori didn't like that. She told them to back up and she proceeded to cradle my friends head and asked her if she was ok. (Could you imagine Tori not only being concerned about you but sticking up for you as well?!) I wish we had had smartphones back then to record it. Cameras were not allowed at that concert so we didn't even get a photo but my friend got her autograph. The first concert in 96 allowed cameras so my best friend was able to get a pic of me meeting Tori. It only has half of me and Tori's arm is cut off, lol, but she did capture the way Tori was looking into my eyes. Honestly, the way she is looking at me in the photo it seems like she's a fan meeting her idol. Obviously I'm no one special but it shows how attentive and respectful she is. If you feel like you have a special connection with her, meeting her will make you believe that even more.
Tori is the real deal. An awesome talent in writing (incredibly original and moving chordal and melody progressions), vocals and piano. She’s consistently surprised and delighted for so, SO many years and deserves any plaudits and awards she gets. Long may she continue.
This never get old. I really love how Tori and Tash communicate. What a beautiful mother daughter relationship.
