For a fitness watch Garmin everyday. Casio are good tough g shock but they are floored in many areas. They are to big and uncomfortable. There app is not a patch on Garmin . Garmin for fitness and ease of use are the best.
I own many g shocks and Garmin so I know what is the best for me .
