She isn’t that strong she’s fairly okay wouldn’t hold in high rank and even in diamond rank she’s missing something either extra damage with headshots or faster ult move speed cause it’s very clunky you have to activate it almost in their face no from further away and rocket lock in time from further distances should be faster. realistically you can’t hit all those projectiles on a small moving target to heal them
Assuming this game is in a custom game since they're playing comp ruleset but Juno wasn't available in comp - with that in mind, I'd imagine most of the people in the lobby aren't in GM, and Aspen is consistently top 500 so of course she's going to feel strong when you're playing at a higher level than the rest of the lobby. From my experience (smooth brain gold/plat), she feels pretty balanced if not slightly on the weaker side. Never had any lobbies where she was hard carrying like you could argue Aspen did in this one, because again the other players in the lobby are likely not playing at the same level that she does.

It’s funny watching you shoot an Ashe with a mercy pocket and her health is literally going up. She doesn’t even have to move. Just sit there and tank every bullet.
the healer has to save the healer that is dpsing.... aspen's juno dps gameplay is triggering me. Juno can do tons of healing if you heal... i really hope she dont just become a illari hero but she prob will cause all streamers are just dpsing with her.. and people will just copy this game style
She’s versatile. Of course the t500 support players who are playing with literal plats are gonna adopt a more offensive, aggressive, carry playstyle. At the same time, healbotting on Juno misses out on some solid chip damage. Even in these games, Aspen is pumping out thousands and thousands of healing, especially that Rialto game.
