Welcome back, John! More wonderful inspiration..., thank you!
jaylac Thank you...It is good to be back except for this heat...lol
John Ahern I know what you mean. That's why I tend to gravitate towards the Pacific NW!
Very patriotic at the end John, loved that, here's to our Forces. 🇦🇺🇺🇸
+Rob Bradley The men and women of our armed forces are the reason we all have freedom......Happy New Year
have a good time while your home, I am from groton, ct, an Noank, CT Fisher Island Sound.
Ronald Johnson Thanks Ronald....I am staying in Florida with the boat, but will fly back to Boston/Cape Cod. I will certainly miss boating up in New England
Awesome way to end that video with the tribute to our armed forces! God Bless!
+Wingmanbill8007F Only reason we have our freedoms
Aces for the editing, well done
Ken Lynch Thank you Ken

Lo Kee Thanks for following and watching
That was a nice tribute :)
Robert Lugo Thanks Robert.......We must always remember our service men and women
Welcome back John. Nothing like the USA. Yep, I'd pass on the wife thing, female sailing companion maybe. Anyway, I look forward to Freedom's next adventure.
number9express Thanks......It is nice to be back.....All the stores you want and cheaper
Pancakes go down good anytime, and they always spike my insulin and make me crash right after LOL. So what is the next adventure we get to follow you on John?
The Lawn Care Nut Exhumas & Cuba
John Ahern wow awesome! Can't wait. I've seen Cuba from the deck of a cruise ship before - always thought I'd like to see it up close as I assume it would be unspoiled.
You are like the Anthony Bourdain of the cruising world lol
The Lawn Care Nut I am going there to find a wife....should be good video...lol....Thanks for following. I appreciate it
John Ahern ha ha!
FWIW.....some of the best fishing in the stream off PB. Depth means nothing...Just look for weeds, birds or floating debris to find the fish. ;)
Chris S You are right Chris......Thanks
John I knew that you said you were leaveing Freedom in Fl., and were flying to Boston. have a good flight in.
Ronald Johnson Thank you
Love your adventure. Got a question for ya tho.. you mention that you have to keep starting your engines to charge your batteries. Is there a reason your not using a bank of solar cells to do that job for ya?
Fill up them tanks with some sweet diesel.
James Stevens I added 10 gallons when I got back...lol
Enjoy your break home and hope the song of the sea draws you back soon.
Getting a wife, there is a couple of used models I know of if you want to come down to Australia and collect them. The reality is like used cars... "high maintenance might be required to ensure smooth operation".. :-) LOL
oooops of the PC Sin Bin I go
Sailing companion, female crew might be better, I am sure there are websites to find them..
On a side note, what is your fuel consumption when you motor. One or two motors?
Mick Relic LOL....You take care of those women for me.....I would say 1 -1.2 gals per hour and per engine.....Depend on RPM's, but I keep it around 1800 when boat tops at about 2900
Hey John! I noticed you have your USCG Master Captain License. Did you get that while sailing your Cat and so you could charter her?
Ricardo Meleschi I have had my license for about 6 years now.......I did it a while back just to have for deliveries
Great video.....find a wife? You mean your selling your boat
Dan Sacry LOL....Everything in life is for sale!! No I am not selling....
Hey John -- where do you keep the boat in Fla? I used to live in Stuart- Do you keep it near Peanut Island area?
Sailing Nervous Right now I am in West Palm Beach. I will be heading up to St Augustine this week
yeah...i shoulda figured that st. augustine is the place to keep it -- no hurricanes!
Sailing Nervous You just jinxed me...lol...They can handle my cat and the costs go down drastically once you hit this area
ha-ha--- good to know - that's where i will keep mine (looking at a Moody 34 to make an offer on) your boston accent or somewhere else in NE? Have a 'frappe'! I used to spend alot of time in Boston-
