- We took a little puppy from the shelter. And that's what a beautiful dog he grew up to be. We saw this black blue-eyed fluffy baby on Instagram of one of the shelters for huskies. He won our heart and we went to another city for our future faithful friend. Now Monty is a big adult dog. He's half Husky. His mom is a husky. But we don't know who the father of this cute black puppy is. despite this, we love our furry friend with all our heart.

What happened to Saga?
My pomsky looks almost exactly like Monty! EXcept with dark red instead of black. He's 17kg and has a very similar temperment too, relaxed and confident and gentle
It makes me so sad to know Monty was in a shelter 😢He is such a sweet boy. I am happy that he lives a good life now
I'm sure he would have found a good family. But we are happy that we were the first to want to take it 🖤
I'm surprised that someone gave up such a handsome dog to a shelter, but it's wonderful that he is now with a great family!

Monty is my favorite of all your dogs. In all your experiments he showed himself as partial, loving and anxious about his hosts. He is the most focused on human. Yukki is interested only in food, it seems so. It does not matter for her what may goes wrong with you. It seems she is not a dog, but cat.

Awwwwh, this was just lovely! That first picture- hahahaha! That first picture of the three of them was like two thinking " intruder alert" and one thinking " this is fun!". Saga influence is so clear cut with Monty. Loved watching his growing up. I LOVE that in spite of Montys rough start, love reveled the amazing creature he truly is. Lovef this so much!!

Thanks for sharing Monty with me, it make me tear up because of the love this husky has for his family. Thanks for rescuing him from the pound too. Monty is a very striking boy being black with blue eyes. I never seen a husky with black hair, I had a cinnamon husky with blue eyes that was just beautiful, but Monty takes it to a whole new level. I impressed that Saga took over raising him and teaching him what to do. I do the same thing and get a young husky for my remaining husky to train. It works everytime. You do great video and still work in capturing your huskies. After seeing this video again, I going to take my two huskies back to their burnt out home and get my camera and see what I can get. Your images made me tear and know that I need to photography my last two huskies out of 10 with images like this. Thank you.!
Thanks! so many kind words. This is very valuable for us. I think that the breeder, who lived with Monty's mom, wanted to make agouti puppies. But there is very little of the Husky in Monty. Different coat, different character. Nevertheless, he feels great in a pack of real huskies.

Monty is my son’s favourite. When we search for videos, he is always waiting for Monty to make appearance 😍 He is such a good and patient boy. Sometimes I wonder how he doesn’t even snap at Oli, she is so daring and cheeky 😅 It would be awesome if you did DNA test to see which breed he is mixed with. Maybe some kind of Shepard?

It amazes me the people who dump their dogs at shelters. My girl Nikki was listed as stupid and untrainable abandoned at 10 months old. Jaxon's owner decided he was too much of a hassle for his new girlfriend and lifestyle and gave him to a rescue at 3 yrs! I am grateful these people surrendered both because I was blessed to be able to adopt them and give them the best life. Nikki was so smart and Jax is a big loveable goof. 🐺❤️🍑

I'm afraid that many people are a little irresponsible about getting a dog. They think dogs are a toy to play with when they have time, and nothing else. But all dogs need at least a minimal training, adequate play/walk time and care. Without it, dogs (especially energetic breeds) may become unruly and cause troubles and then people give them up because they can't handle them.
