I've been to Malaysia and Indonesia. They don't care if you take fruits or seeds out. The problem is the destination country especially if there's a local production of similar fruits (mostly countries with tropical climates). Your seeds might be confiscated. I think it's easier with fruits. If you are importing those things to Europe they just don't care. I've done it many times I've never had any issues. US and especially Australia is very different story.
