Hey bro, Thanks for the video, it's very helpful, what's the best way to secure them on a truss? I have a pair of these also Colorkey truss
Great video! I’m brand new to this world, and you answered most of my questions as I don’t want to use DMX. I do have one question though… If you are running them in M/S mode and you have the setting on 15, where they will speed up, and slow down depending on the speed of the song you are playing… then you turn them off after the gig. When you power them up again is it still saved on the setting or do you have to reprogram it again? Thank you!
Yes they have memory recall on them
I’m using a Chauvet Obey 10 and have 4 Intimidator Spot 160. Does the master need to be in AUTO mode to be the “Master” trying to set these guys up and having trouble. Great video btw 😊
If you are running them in master slave and not using a controller theb yes I one of them needs to be on a sounds active or auto show if u are dmxing them with the controller then they need to be on a dmx address of like 001 or 017 something like that
I buy the 160 will be the same way to program
Yes
hi why you jump to slave 2 not slave 1 ? 1 is the master & after you going to slave 1 - i miss somthing ?
Slave 1 is 100% matching syncronysation for both units. Slave 2, 3, and 4 create mirrored and/or wave movements so each unit is synchronised but doing slightly different actions.
XLR is the type of connector, and it is used in both DMX and microphone cables. The cable is what matters.
you dont use a dmx cable on a mic
