You have to try this venison recipe!!!!! ✔️

A really tasty way to use up some of that ground venison. Especially if your tired of the same old meals.
VENISON EGG ROLLS
recipe makes aprox. 18-20 rolls
1 package of egg roll wraps usually come 18-20 count
1 8oz block of pepper jack cheese cut into 18-20 equal chunks
1 lb ground venison (beef if you must)
1/2 green pepper
1-2 jalapenos (optional)
1 Tablespoon Creole seasoning (season to taste)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic (we like fresh if possible)
Brown meat and cook down peppers and season to taste. Let meat mixture cool before putting into egg rolls wrappers or they may tear. Fry in oil 350-375 degrees F until golden brown. Enjoy
